I purchased this IPM part for my Kia Sorrento, From parts.com that Greco motors is a third party for parts.com or is owned by Greco Metro Kia of Raynham 1651 New State Hwy Raynham, MA 02767 your address for parts.com Greco motors the Ford dealer and the Kia dealer now all located at the same address 1651 state highway Raynham MA 02767. I strongly believe the Greco family jointly owns all these companies.
This is just how this work they hide in multiple corporations they have no responsibility except to the bottom line.
When I received the part I realize it was not the right part. It did not have the right connectors.
The part, also seemed to be used, and dirty it was not sealed in any kind of plastic
Just in a box with the Kia logo.
It is plain to see in the photographs that this is used equipment. Was not new as advertised and yes it has been installed or more importantly uninstalled from a wrecked car I suppose and then sold as new.
I called/email I made multiple attempts from the 11th to 16th to get the right part or a refund there was no communication of anytime from parts.com/ Greco motors. Except for emails saying we received your inquiry and will get back to you in 24 hours. That never happened I truly feel this whole parts.com/ Greco motors is nothing but a rip off.Just stealing money from old people that can not afford to get ripped off like me.
This all could’ve been resolved by one simple phone call from you or any kind of response to emails sent to you but all I got was silence. There you are laughing your happy a*s off because I got a crappy part and you have my money and you know there’s not a d**n thing I can do about it.
So I’m returning your part and disputing the charge on my credit card and will probably see your sorry asses in court.
I am at throughy disgusted client who only wanted the correct part at this point I don’t know if this part even works? And I don’t want to find out I just simply want my money back.
I guess you’re nothing but a bunch of f….. crooks!!

After speaking with my bank, Wells Fargo, I Use my bank debit card with a Visa logo that supposedly guarantees fraud protection, that’s just a fantasy. But I’ll have to deal with the banks and visa and the next chapter of this saga.
They would not back the charges out unless I return the item to Greco motors. Which I did, I mailed it back. So on 3,16, 2016 I mailed the part back to Greco motors,
According to the tracking number they received the part back on March 21.
Steve Parts.com 508-967-2853 Parts.com Authorized Supplier Metro Ford.
So I called Monday the 28th to see what was going on Steve Goulart now is 37 year married to Athena M, spoke to me on the phone, he said he got the part back but there was nothing he could do.
I was totally screwed and had no right for refund or replacement part or anything. Due to the fact I did not put in my VIN number, which is recommended but not required, but if you try to return a part it is required at that time.
This is just a scam that this dealership runs they can screw old people like me.
People who do not understand how the Internet works when you fill out a form online there a little* just to the side of the field you would have to fill it out. This marmot means this info is required and it will not let you proceed unless you feel in this blank. This would’ve solved all the problems I will receive the right part charge the right price. But then the dealership cannot make as much money.
Let’s face it the part I got was used it was unwrapped it was not sealed in anyway. They send this part out just so they can upsell is just keep your money. Lets face it what are you going to do?
Their a large corporations and you’re just one individual and you’re not really sure who your even dealing with, parts.com Ford or Greco motors that’s the problem they hide in always different corporations knowing that you can’t really do anything to them.
Steven is just a liar and let me make it perfectly clear I have no reason to lie I am 62 years old retired from CBS news I was a camera operator, For 20 years working for 60 minutes the evening news and all the different programs that CBS produced. Now retired living in Marble Falls, Texas and I have absolutely no reason to lie or pick a fight with Greco motor, Parts.com or with Steve Goulart
Why would the dealership lie, they make millions of dollars! Let’s face it they can cheat for five people a day serve hundred with no problem but the people like us easy victims you know how old people are.
Just pray for these young upstarts. There’s no reason not to require having the Vin number when you are ordering parts, unless your goal is to make sure you make a fortune over turns and up selling and just out right fraud.
You got to remember talking about New England. The same place that gave us the compounding pharmacist poisoning. Hundreds of citizens and killed 37 just so their corporation could make money.
This happen not very far from Raynham. So to think that a large corporation would not do something like this is just foolish. They make hundreds of thousands of dollars off people like me.
The only reason consumer protection agencies were invented, because of car dealerships and car repair in the first place.
So who’s lying here A 62 year old man who’s just wanting to retire and live out his life or a car dealership Greco motors and their parts manager Steve will make hundreds of thousands of dollars and no one would ever know the difference.
