Parkside Management stated that our condo (HOA dues a little over $300 month) needed to have a special assessment due to "water damage" which later turns out is to repaint the building. The assessment is over $5,000 for my unit alone. This will total well over 1 million dollars as a condo association.
Also, funds from the property manager are being spent without HOA board approval. There needs to be some accountability and protection for homeowners. Thank you.
