Back in sept of this year, I had spoken with and signed up with Brain Stewart over at Park View Law. He promised me that the process of fixing my credit and it would not take more the a month to fix my credit. I only had one account that was in collection for $500.00. I was told that the payment we backed by a money back guarntee if he didnt complete the credit repair process. So I believed him. I found that late to be a complete lie. I spoke with Brain again back in Nov before my payment was due. He said that it should be completed at this time....Lie... I contacted customer service and they were suppose to get back to me with what they found about my credit being fixed. Which I was never was contacted back by anyone from that dept. Now we are in december and still nothing has been done to fix or clean up my credit. I had contacted them this morning asking for a refund and they told me that I have to wait til match to recive my money. That was never stated in my conversation with any one at the company. I looked into the company and they say that they are located in San Diego, but looking into a little more the are located in the city of westwood,CA. Not San Diego... Which is about 250 mile away for each other. Also I found out that they dont even have an attorney in the Westwood, CA. Please do not fall for this trap.. They are just scamming people out of money. Look up credit repair online and the cannot charge up front fee. Plus you dont need to pay some to fix your credit. You can do it yourself. Save your time and money for something that matters. Do not Pay them a dime.... Unless you like to throw money down the drain.

I was contacted by Brendan Feeney of Parkview Legal Credit Repair Services. Mr. Feeney requested $60. to initiate the credit repair process. He told me that afte i paid the $60. I would be asked to pay a fee of around $250. in installments. He said once the fee and installments were agreed on all erronious accounts would be contested at one time and this would happen immediately. He assured me that ther would be no further monthly fees like their competitors creditrepair.com. He also explaint the process would bring fast results which would likely take around sixty days at the most.

Hereis the ripoff.

Once i paid the sixty dollars i was contacted by another salesman who explained that they would contest nothing until i paid the entire $400. fee which could be paid in installments. He went on to explain that nothing would be contested till the fee was paid and that after sixty days there would be an $89. Monthly fee just as they explained they did not chargebefore ipaid the initial $60.

They took my credit card account information under false pretense and charged my bank under false pretense. They also took my socisl security number under false pretense. I believe this is a sort of credit card/identity theft and would like them t return my money.

Before using their services i contact the BBB and was ok with their rating. Once the frsud occured i contacted BBB online and found their account "under review".

I believe i was defrauded and believe they use this " bait and switch" tecnique to illegally obtain account information from trusting victims. I have since found numerous complaints against this company and am filing this report in hopes they will refund mymoney and immediatly stop lieing to potential customers. There is no need to trick people out of their money when honesty and good business practices are all it really takes to succeed.

I willupdate my report the moment i learn they have returned their fraudulantly obtained payment of sixty dollars.

FACT #1

My wife & I were contacted by Christy Manou representing herself as an attorney.... her firm was Parkview Law.

turns out she's not an attorney or is Parkview Law an attorney's office. In later E-mails they referred themselves as Parkview Legal. In order to get started she claimed the did things much differently than there competition... She bragged of a high succese rate... 100% money back garentee... As well as they work from retainer alone. Well thus far all of these items have been WRONG!!!

FACT #2

My wife & I have uthorized only 2 debuts to our bank cards.

Turns out they authorized themselves 2X a month transactions as well as a few more along the way... TOTAL THUS FAR $1909.57

FACT #3

My wife & I have requested a refund several times in the last several days.

We have been told no several times.

FACT #3

My wife & I have been under contract & agreement since Aug 20 2013 for credit repair.

As of 06 Nov 2013 at 12:51pm My credit was pulled by the big three reporting agencies... for a morgage... There were NO ENTRIES for challenging my & my wife's reports to correct errors. NOT ONE ITEM CHALLENGED!!! The company refused to acknowlege an issue and refuses a refund!!!

My husband and I wanted to buy a house, and with our credit being bad due to student loans we were told by a Mortgage Company referred to us by Lending Tree that they would have Parkview Law contact us to get our credit repaired. Derik Spunt called us on October 30, 2013 and we discussed our concerns and worries about doing a credit repair, because our issues had to be with Student Loans. He said to pay for the credit report and they could take it from there. We paid for our FICO score and he said, that our credit was not difficult at all to repair, and that within six months our credit would be good enough to buy a home.

He said, that their fees was based on the severity of the credit and since ours was not difficult we both would be $700, and he recommended we use our only credit card. He then said, that within the first two months we would see a majority of our credit issues removed, and if we decided to do minor repairs after the two months we could pay $89.00 each per months to repair the minor things, but that the big bulk of things would come off immediately.

We received our credit reports in December 2013, and at first my Experian was just 12 pages long, and we faxed and emailed it to them. We did the same for all the 3 credit reports. Several of our conversation with them they say they can dispute and fix all "lates", "charge off" that they said out aggressive letter to agencies requesting these to come off. We had Frank tell us that, Brian, and some yound lady.

January they took out $179.98, and nothing major was removed from our account. So, when we called again, because our January 8th credit reports from the 3 agencies had grown, they said again to scan/email to them. I expressed concerns, because we went from 12 pages on Experian to 26 pages and there were things that didn't belong to me. They said they could have it all taken care of and that the lates and charge off would also be disputed and removed.

I got my other report in this past weekend and again no major changes, so again, I emailed and expressed my concerns. Here we are approaching 3 months with them and nothing major was out. Talking this morning to Brian he said, that he suggested that we see a bankruptcy lawyer because there wasn't anything they could do for student loans and that since they were updated by the debt collection companies as off December 2013, that they would now be on our credit for another 7 years. I said that was crazy and he said that they could continue to help if we continued to pay the $178. I asked to speak to a Supervisor and he said, he would have them call me.

They didn't call back as fast as they said they would so I called asked to speak to Derick Spunt who was not available nor did the person on the phone know his extension. I was then transferred to Frank, who in the past said they were taking care of our reports and fixing. He was trying to convince me to continue to pay the $179.98 because I would not get a refund if I didn't stay with them from 180 days. I said, why would I continue to pay if they can't help us. He said, that I was right they couldn't repair our credit that I would have to file Chapter 13 bankruptcy because the accounts are too big and they can't repair them, yet he recommended that we stayed with them. I literally went off on him, because he is saying they can't help yet they want us to continue to pay the $179.98.

So, we are out of money and our credit is the same if not worst because now we went from 12 things to 26 things and some of all that doesn't even belong to us.

They are liars, scammers, and trained to lie to people, but not trained to do anything. I would like my money back in full!!!!!!!

I contacted this company to help repair and restore my credit, which I take full responsibility for. What they promise and what they deliver are two different things. I was told during a lengthy conversation that with a continued membership, I was guaranteed to increase my score by 100 points. This of course would take several months, a $450 initial fee, and an additional $89 monthly fee. After several months of no results, I called to cancell my membership. I was told that if after an additional 30 days I was not satisfied, I would receive a 100% refund. I agreed. 2 months later, with the same score I started out with, I cancelled my "membership" and was told to call about the refund. When I did so, I was told I had to pull my credit report, which was no problem since part of their scam requires a membership to "scoresense" as well, but this time I was told that their guarantee was that they would have a deletion off my report, not the 100 point increase. The person I spoke to was only interested in keeping the money I had spent, even when I asked him to review the initial phone call where I was promised a 100 point score increase. When I asked for a supervisor, of course no one was available, and I was left on eternal hold.

Do NOT put a penny into this company. The only thing I received from them was a recurring bill, broken promises and lies.

After reviewing my credit report a Senior Credit Analyst gave me a quote for repairing my credit score based on the number of adverse accounts times three for the three credit bureaus. The credit companies have very specific and strict rules about how long negative information remains on your credit report. For my situation, my negative information remains on record for 7 years. I am sure the credit specialist I spoke with knew this information but lead me to believe that several years had passed so the credit bureaus would be willing to remove the negative information. I paid the sizeable fee to start the process. After 60 days a monthly fee of $90.00 kicks in unless the company receives a letter stating to stop it. I contacted the Senior Credit Analyst who looked at the progress of my case and said that it should be further along than that. He offered to waive the first $90.

00 fee to give the company another month to get results. Despite this promise the $90.00 still came out of my bank account. When I called to question what had happened I was told that he never stated that. Even though our phone conversation had been recorded no one at the company was willing to listen to that conversation to hear the truth. As a result I spent $600 and had nothing repaired on my credit report. Do not believe them when they tell you they can get the credit bureaus to remove negative information off your report.
