After years of not havng things fixed in two different rentals, Park Place decided it wanted to illegally change our lease. Rather than follow the law and provide proper notice and legal service, they decide to just lie. The law has rules for notifying people. This is to prevet those who lie at will. i heard that after filing a complaint with the state housing, the manager who does not deal wth us, always refers us to Kris, is lying and claiming he personally handed me a copy of the new lease agreement he wanted. They told us the ower wanted the utilites seperate but I said no, would pay more tho. Park Place respondened with, I will talk to the manager. Day after Christmas we have trash we paid for for entire month of December was gone leavng me with many bags of trash and still as of Jan 7,2018 we have trash all over yard.
Hole in ceiling, windows wont open, trash compator never worked, misrcowave broke first month and even with it under warranty they have not replaced it, using the frst floor to store the owners stuff and rfusing to remove it per law. ceiling leaks everywhere, no water in upstaitrs shower and bath and now a hole in wall where they once again refer the wrk to someone who wont do the work and pays games. Doesnt show up or all back. again I tape all.
I suggest they be every careful because unlike all those they have screwed in ast, I do keep records and record everything. The were informed I was going through cancer and after four IED blast in Iraq, a reason why we seek to find a place with utilites with rent, pay more, After they were informed not to contact me by my wife, then told all communications to be done through text for court purposes, they again try calling so they think they can get away with lying and not have proof. they file a 60 day move notice. Now they say the owner wants property back.
This is a rental and I would never have a issue with them wanting the property back. I do not trut Park Place and now ask that anyone who has dealth with them contact me at [email protected]
Help me put an end to this company and what they do. i have seen the previous persons complaint and now a victim as well. The answer to do they act legallly, not in my eyes. I am just a counterintelligence agent retired and a military and civilian Paralegal.

Dan Fisher should have his license revoked! We purchased a home from him, he was the selling agent, Pam Mortimer of Country Life realty was the listing agent. Dan did not disclose the property lines of the property. Shortly after the purchase, the vacant property behind sold, then the vacant property behind that sold. We found out that the line in the back was almost to our deck and we owned 1/2 of our front lawn and 1/2 of our circlular driveway. We realized that Pam Mortimer lived across the street and the owners of the home, the Horns, were their friends. Pam helped the Horns sell their home by not disclosing the property lines. We went to Dan a couple of times and he just brushed us off! We should have retained a laywer but relied on Dan for his help. When we did seek help it was over 3 yrs and no longer could we sue.
This ended up costing us thousands buying the property behind us as the new buyer took out 8 pine trees, roots and all and to have the property lines changed (this took 2 yrs) as he was going to build a home right behind our back deck. What was to be our first home and new marriage became a nightmare! The property behind that one sold and there was dirt, trucks, noise, ect for a few years. I can't tell you how this affected our life and marriage. We lost every dime when we finally sold the house. I saw Dan the other day and layed into him and he said "I was new" and then called me a "b***h". Really Dan! You are a disgrace to your profession and so is Pam Mortimer!
