I applied for the 30 day trial, I called the number on the bottle because my skin broke out and my dr. told me to stop using it. I tried to call the number on the bottle and they just hang up. I don't want any future shippments but there is no way to reach them.
I agreed to a trail for the price of shipping only. Billed for shipping. The next month I received the product (in 2 shipments) and was billed for it. Serum and Cream on seperate bills for almost $90 each. Did not catch it on credit card bill. Received cream (3rd shipment) and called credit card company and Parisian Secret to complain. They state, "mailed me a "17 day free trial" but the jar was a 30 day supply so they billed me for it" Another Serum is in the mail. Asked for address where I can send it back and was told instructions would be in email. Now, the email train, states they will credit 2 of the 4 charges and cancel. No information on how to return the product. Never ordered a continuous supply. They also claim Zuckerburg's wife developed product and was selling it for only shipping.
