Parisa Salili charged me and others signfiicant money to board our precious pets. She represents on line she is a boarding facilty at Paws Penthouse in Sherman Oaks California. It turns out she does this out of her home in a residential neighborhood and thus can't get a license to do so. Animal Welfare has been out to warn here. Unfortunately, she has allowed several adored pets to escape, others to fall sick, and in my case allowed my pet to be stolen by one of her friends.
Parisa accepted my cat for boarding and charged me $350 a month for her services. I had just lost my Mother and needed to find a safe place for this loved cat for awhile. All bills were paid on time and she didn't contact me with questions and concerns. Then when i returned to my home city she texted me saying very sadly the cat had escaped. We went back and forth. She told me she was devastated and would help me trap the cat. I even went out to her place of business to inspect the grounds, see how the cat escaped, and planed how to trap him.
Parisa even showed me some hair on her front chair outsidde the house as evidence of my cat being close by. A cat I had rescued as a tiny dying kitten under my friend's house. A cat I had spent thousands of dollars as he fought for his life due to loss of blood from fleas as a kitty. A cat who was part of my family and loved his two Sister cats who are with me.
A cat I'd give a limb for.
The fact she lost the cat - when her one job was to keep it safe and secure - was bad enough. Yet after returning home suspicious i found out from one of her sssociates - who was overcome with guilt - that Parisa had given my loved family member away to a friend of hers. SHe had just preteneded he was lost. Now she is refusing to give us the information to retrieve my loved cat and has refused to give any money back. Of course the cat is far more important than the money.
I feel used, fooled, and now there is a giant hole in my heart as days go by.
