On 11/15/2018 I was hired on as logistics manager inspecting packages that would be mail to me and i would open the boxes inspect them send pictures to them and then send them off I was to get 2250 12/15/2017 plus any recites I had would be reimbursed which were $50.00 for the month and after 30 day probation would be hired and get your first check paycheck. as long you met the requirements and I did i was told by Becky Schaffner my boss welcome aboard to parceltoyou.com. My so called supervisor Becky Schaffner would call me everyday to check in. Melissa Turner payroll department I turned my social security number copy of my license has my direct deposit account numbers so on. get to the point I stop getting packages the week I was supposedly hired full time which was weird because i got packages everyday and then week before Christmas no package was kind of odd I texted my supervisor say hey i haven't got any packages she says yea it slow i say ok.
the next day I see rip off comment come through my email because I am member and I was like panicking. because my rent was due my bills and it was Christmas. immediately emailed the payroll department asking when my check was coming she said their account had been compromised and would not know anything for couple days I was like really so i emailed everyday. I have 30 emails going back forth lying to me promising my money . I almost got evicted from home COST Me $425 IN FEES HAD FIVE DAY POSTED and My landlord thought i was lying because I kept telling its in the mail I have kept every document shipping labels and all my pictures that this company had me do for free for 30 day which I could of been working a real job if it wasn't for this company and people. I was embarrassed that i couldn't pay my rent or even by my kids gifts had no tree and no present barley any food and my bills almost had my utilities turned off and ruined my credit this was a nightmare I am in debt because of it.
These people are liars and scammers they mocked me in my emails and didn't give a d**n that I need my paycheck just lied for two weeks and almost put me and my family on the streets. I want some kind of justice I want them prosecuted I am filing a police report. Lawyer Something because this isn't right. I heard they hack your computer from the CRM HUB that is identify theft right their they have all my info. It gets better the little money i did have my bank account was compromised by someone guess Who??? They lied to me , they had me working for free, not knowing if I was dealing with stolen merchandise or not. They took my trust out of wanting to trust in working another home job. I'm am disable, but I want to be able to try to do more in the working world. I just finish finding out that I had Lung Cancer, been through Chemotherapy, which was Hell in it self. I can't work at a job that I have to stand or seat for a very long time, because I have a back problem and I just had a knee replacement DONE, SO i'M UNABLE TO REALLY WORK OUTSIDE OF MY JOB. SO HOW CAN i TRUST ANOTHER COMPANY NOT KNOWING IF THEY ARE A SCAM ALSO. dISABILITY DOES NOT PAY MUCH,that is why when they said I got the job i was very happy, it gave me something to do and made my life look a little brighter.

I was told to contact their payroll to let them know how I would like to get my payment, there was an option to get a check, or direct deposit. I picked direct deposit because I knew that if they could pay me direct deposit then this job was legit and real. I was told that I would be on 30 day probation to see if I worked well with the company, then after that I would get a payment of $2150.00 and if and when I was hired on full time I would have a monthly pay of $2250.00. Now I should have known that sounded too good to be true, but I gave it a chance anyway.
There was a number I could call that said the company's name when you call, my manager was in contact with me every day, things seem to be going as planned.

I noticed after shipping the last few packages there wasn't anymore packages being put on the system I was given to log into every day. So at first I just thought that they were running behind and that they would put more packages on the system. On the 21 of December I waiting all day to see if I was going to get a check from them, after waiting and realizing that no payment was coming I contacted the company via email. When they did reply to my email they told me that the system has shut down and that they were unable to process direct deposits. So at that point I thought to myself "What a coincidence that this would happen on suppose to be payday". They told me to wait a few days and things would be back running and I would get my payment, they told me they couldn't do direct deposits because their back account had been compromised. They never answered the question, but they did say that they cannot/ couldn't cancel the check. How can a company not cancel a check is my question? All they had to do was call the bank and give them the check number and ask the bank to cancel that check. telling me that they cannot cancel the check once again and that they could send me another check.

They are just going to make you think what they want you to think to make you ship the packages, and when it's time to pay you they are either going to disappear, not pay you, give you the run arounds about getting your payment or all of the above. Today I also got on their website and did a chat with one of the agents. I told the agent that I think someone is running a shipping scam using their company's name and information. The agent asked me what this was about and I told him this is about me working for this company doing shippment and not getting paid. He asked me for my information so that someone can contact me, and never said another work other than "Someone will contact you soon". I still haven't heard nothing from payroll. Also my manager was suppose to be a lady names Becky Schaffner, I tried calling her last week and realized that she has blocked my number from calling her phone. I know she blocked my number because when I call from my phone to hers the phone does a half ring and then goes to voicemail, but if I call from another number it just rings. Anytime you call this company no one ever answers the phone, and you can't get no one to answer, all you can do is leave a message for nobody to even call you back.

I got an email from a "hiring manager” from this company parceltoyou.com. He was professional and we set up an interview for a later date. He calls me on time and interviews me. It goes well and he offers me a position and I accept it. I recieve more emails from them, telling me details of the job and pay. I had to fill out personal information like tax and identification papers. I was to work with Becky to ship these packages that are sent to my home for the first probationary month, after that I would get the full position. I bought a printer and a lot of office supplies to get the labels printed and shipped for them. I log into a very legit company login and communicate with Becky for the whole month through the website. I ship all their packages on time and really work hard for them. The thirty days end and Becky tells me she will recommend me to her supervisors for the full position. I email the payroll department so they get my tax info and I get paid. They tell me Bank of America was compromised and I’ll receive my paycheck in three business days. That was over two weeks now and they haven’t even responded to me. I feel used and very scared about what happened. I don’t know what they can do with the information I gave them.

I got onto their website and started working with a supervisor named Becky and we chatted online everyday on the website. She instructed me on how to handle the packages that were being sent to my home. After my 30 days were up I was instructed by the Payroll Dept. (Melissa) to email them 3 days before my payday and confirm the payment methods in order for her to send me "important tax documents" for me to fill out. It was my birthday and I was filling out these documents before I went out...come to find out 3 days later the account got "compromised" and the direct deposit was unavailable. The check they sent got "lost". Weeks have gone by and I was still being led on that they were sending my check to me. I tried contacting every department and I got nothing. The people who I had talked to daily I cannot even reach now. I did free labor for these scammers and probably shipped illegal and stolen stuff from their "customers" that they probably hacked as well. I've been harshly affected by this whole interaction, I trusted in these people because they were so persistent and it really seemed like a legitimate company with everything! They need to be stopped!
