I was used to send all my package buy in the US to this place but since one month and a half, I called them because I didn't see my stuff on their website and they told me that they had a problem with their computer! Ever since I never had any answer back by mail phone and voice message. I did find out that the website is not available anymore and I have a lot of stuff buy left at their office and I guess that I will never see them again.
Warning Parcel Zoom has not answer any my efforts to contact them about my packages. I am sure they have sollen my goods using the USPS as a lead to steal goods. I advice not to try this company any more as they have lost my Trust. Shippment have been losted that were paid and on file as inventory in their wharehouse.
