Ciceli Johnson RE: Paranomics Inc, informed me that her company is well educated in setting up Non-Profits and Solicited me in signing up with them and having them complete my new non profit business. I paid for two nonprofits packages upfront and when the first one was completed, they were to move onto the second one. Everything was moving smoothly with all legal paperwork with Washington State, but when the 501C3 were rejected by the IRS, Paranomics vanished and would not assist in completion of the first non profit. My deadline has expired with the IRS so the the first non profit is dead. I will not have Paranomics work on the second non profit because of the issues with the first one that they never completed and left me out to dry. On an additional note, Paranomics Inc: RE: Ciceli Johnson offered what is called primary tradelines that could be added to my friends, family members and clients to help boost their personal credit. Paranomics Inc was charging a $250.00 flat fee in March 2017 with guarantees to report in May 2017. After paying for 3 customers out of pocket, Paranomics Inc offered the same primary tradelines at no upfront cost, simply pay for them when they report on credit reports.
It is nearly September and Paranomics Inc states that they need to obtain vender license from Equifax, Experian and Trans Union before they can offer primary tradelines, (so Paranomics Inc was never able to offer this product to begin with because they would not be able to deliver it in the guaranteed time frame they promised). In closing, I have sent Paranomics Inc thousands of dollars in March 2017 and they have not completed or accomplished anything I paid for.
