Everything you have read about this guy lying, cheating, not paying reps, and being a general d******** is true. He is a master at using the internet to try and present himself as valuable and credible, but I honestly think he's bipolar and on drugs. Doesn't show up, doesn't return calls or texts, chain smoking with huge bags under his eyes like an addict. His business model relies on a bunch of professional marketing materials that represent the company as "local experts" with profressional crews ready to deliver quality craftsmanship to you and your largest investment, your home. These claims couldn't be further from the truth. The fact is they are storm chasers, with salespeople from out of state, and scrambling to find cut rate roofers, gutter and screen contractors to do the jobs they're selling. Plus, they're promising industry backed warranties and lifetime warranties on parts AND labor. With ZERO ability or intention of ever delivering. Run, run, run away from any affiliation with this d****ebag
They solicit homeowners promising them a new roof due to hail damage using their attorney. My tiles on roof were discontinued getting me a whole new roof. I used their attorney per signed contract who won his case. The Ins. co. combined my previous damage lawsuit of 2000 sq. ft. of flooring with the roof check amount. Paramount took the whole thing since the ck had their name on it. The atty would not answer my calls. Let me add that PARAMOUNT has an illegal address that the owner uses.
I tracked him down 4 towns away. His attitude was that he has a license in many other states so he didn't care about FL. Also, it took them a yr and half to finish the roof. They had grade school kids on my roof. They had their inexperienced painter finish my roof which caused my roof to be replaced 3 times from their horriffic workers. They are so cheap they used their inexperienced painter to wash their grim off my 80 panes of glass sliding doors & windows which caused $15,000 of scratched tinted glass in every pane of window which they did nothing about. Their negligence caused my roof to leak 3 times staining & ruining my marble window sills, office machines, ceiling & walls. This is a company that should be in jail.
