I am not going to get into too many details because fortunately I have so much work that I don't have time for this... in a NUTSHELL, DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY. I have been in the preservation industry since 1997. I've worked for anyone and everyone and learned so much in the process. These people issue you work that is already late. It is reassigned from another vendor. You do the work and then you have to fight to get paid. Someone has to STOP these NATIONALS. This is illegal. If I didn't pay my employees, I would be in serious trouble. Someone should hold these NATIONALS accountable. Thank you LORD for all of the good NATIONALS that are still out there that are a pleasure to work with. PARAMOUNT ASSET REO IS NOT ONE OF THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!

My company spent several hundred dollars signing up with this company to go to forclosed homes and do what was needed to get them back on the market. Instead of them calling you to talk about a job, they send an email and you have to respond immediately. This is crap since I operate another business and before signing up with them, I talked to Joe Kiser about me having another business and I was just wanting something to fill in any down-time.

Obviously, that didn't get passed on and they expected you to drive 2-4 hours away just to mow some grass for $25.00. Are they out of their minds???? I DIDN'T work for them and they can not tell me that I have to do the job for them or I am going to be charged $50.00. I quit them January 16th after doing just one job because they really don't have a clue what needs to be done at the properties and expect you to know. I also still have not received any payment. I sent them an email today, March 27th and the lady in accounting came back that they owed me $199.76, dated March 26th, but they needed to deduct $25.00 PPW monthly fee and $15.00 Pruvan monthly fee along with the $50 Re-assignment fee.

Now this company had NO intentions of even sending payment if I haden't notified them!!!! They are liars, cheats, and thiefs!!!! If an attorney is willing or can see a class action law-suit, please give me a call. I own a reputable business: www.cmcsealcoating.com.

Paramount Asset Management is a sham of a company. They contacted us and we decided to sign up with them BIG MISTAKE. The day after signing their vendor agreement they sent us 80 work orders 65 of which were almost two weeks late. At the time we thought wow this company has work this will be great. Then we realized almost all but about 10 work orders were NOT in our coverage area. Two days after starting work for them we had (no exaggeration) someone calling our phone every ten - fifteen minutes asking us when

the jobs were getting done becuase they were going to have to back charge us and send it to another comapny. We explained multiple times to everyone that they were not in our coverage area and to reassign what they can without the backcharge becuase we told them in the beginning what we could and could not cover and that out of good faith the rest we would try to get to as soon as possible. Well three weeks went by after numerous unanswered calls and emails we sent, the work was still in our que and we were still being

harrassed about getting the work done ASAP. Mind you we are still telling everyone we talk to and sending emails every night explaining that they need to be reassigned and that we cant cover them. About a month and a half later, we still hadn't received a single penny from them!!! When I finally asked accounting what was going on they never replied but sent us $100!!!!!! after a month and a halfs worth of work and we got $100??!?!?!?!? Then to top is off a week later we finally talk to someone who finally listened and took the work orders out

of our que. The next day we get an email that we are being backcharged for $800 and some change for not completing the work!!!!!! I called them up and finally three days later got a hold of someone who said she would take care of it. Well that took another two weeks, i kept calling her and emailing her and never received anything back until i finally left a nasty voice mail threatening to take them to small claims court. Then and only then did accounting, not even the woman I had been speaking with who said she was handling it,

sent me an email saying the back charge was not going to happen. Which was great fantastic. BUT THEY STILL OWE US ALMSOT $700.00 I've been trying yet again to get a hold of someone to see when i'll be receiveing that but as usual i'm getting no where and its been about two months. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A SMALL BUSINESS AND CANT AFFORD NOT TO GET PAID!!!! THEY ARE A SCAM AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!

Avoid

Long story short. They don't pay. They play games, especially with invoices. They send you work that is already late. If you know what is good for you, you will avoid them. Always spent more time fighting the office than actually out in the field doing work. Do yourself a favor and just don't.

I worked for Paramount Asset Management as a sub contractor for about one month. They would give me late work and expect it to be done that day. On top of that they would send multiple contractors for the same job, so before you even got there the work would be finished. Finally I was fed up and told them I was leaving. When you start working for them they tell you that you will be paid every 30 days. After you leave the company they tell you that you won't be paid until 90 days. It's been 90 days and I have yet to be paid. They have material at their properties that I paid for out of pocket and it adds up to be well over $500 of labor and material. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!! They will rip you off.

Paramount Asset Management is a joke. First off they are not located in Manassas Va any more, they are in Warrenton Va unless they have moved again. I was with them for 8 months and they moved 3 times. Seem to be hiding since they haven't even update their web page yet.

Paramount gives contractors late work and gives you work orders outside your work area, I personally went outside my coverage area for them on a request. At that point they kept me outside my coverage area, driving 2 to 3 hours one way before we ever did any work. Which is hard for a one man operation.

Paramount would always tell me what a good job I was doing and how they could count on me. June of 2016 seems to be where we really started to see inssues with pay. Checks were getting smaller and smaller. When I asked about 100 work orders I was told to look on PWW, to see if we had gotten paid.

Saw nothing, actually the list of unpaid work orders grew. Whn I presented all the work orders we were not paid for, we got excuses. In August enough was enough, they gave me 32 work orders over a 600 mile radius. During this time still fighting over money. I have never seen a company not give a settlement summary with pay.

As of right now they owe me around $7500. They have resently offered me $375 to be done:that was just the last two work orders that I completed in August, here it is November 22. They owe me $650 from January, $400 from April, $2000 for May, $2500 from June. $750 from July and $375 from August. This is just a rough number as I do not have all the numbers in front of me. I guess they think I am a stupid. They say they are no longer covering my area. I got a phone call from my old case manager and they were fishing for something, just haven't figured out what yet.

I would stay far away from this company unless you don't mind working for free. There are a whole lot BETTER companies out there.

Paramount was all too eager to employ us without checking on the type of equipment we had, then allowing us to find out after the fact that we had to purchase a commercial mower to complete jobs within a reasonable amount of time. When working with another more professional property management company, we found that there are certain requirements to do the job and they would not allow us to work for them without showing that we had it. PAM was not that reputable.

PAM started by assuring us we would work only in the counties we selected, and that we would be paid trip fees if we were to be asked to work outside those areas. Immediately, they sent us outside our area. In fact, even though we were told several times that we were the only PAM representatives in our county, work order comments showed that another vendor was handling these jobs while we were sent far into other territories. Our gas expenses quickly mounted as we were forced to drive 60 miles and more to get to the jobs they assigned us. Then we had to fight to get our trip charges.

We also had to fight to remove late penalties because PAM would assign us jobs after finally realizing the other contractor didn't want them (it is an ongoing problem with PAM that they refuse to acknowledge when you turn back a job so it can be reassigned). By this time the job was overdue even though we completed it within 72 hours of receipt per the agreement, which stated we would not be penalized. PAM reluctantly removed late fees in these cases but we had to watch because the late fees would come back before the invoice was paid.

Meanwhile it became more and more difficult to get paid, period. They blamed their accounting staff. If a poor accounting staff keeps you from getting paid, do not work for that company!

When we had an equipment failure and had to turn back jobs, PAM refused to pay us for work performed, which is illegal according to Federal law no matter what you may think your contract says. Meanwhile, however, we offered to perform construction jobs and never at any time stated that we were quitting.

The PAM accounting lead told us we would have to wait an additional 30 days besides the normal 30 day wait to be paid, but that time passed with no payment. We are still waiting for payment of nearly $3,500 in work invoices for work performed between 7/19/16 and 8/19/16. Today is 11/2/16 and the responses when we can get through to a staff member is that they are looking into it. You have to call from a new phone number to get someone to answer - that's how vindictive and uncooperative PAM is.

Our experience testifies to the fact that PAM operates by squeezing as much out of their contractors as possible, demanding more and more (one contract was more than 120 miles away!) but attempting to pay less and less until finally you're forced to give up and then they feel justified (this is a feeling - it's not legal) in refusing to pay all outstanding invoices. See other reports regaring Paramount Asset Management.

We are filing suit against PAM after submitting a demand for payment.

Update

PAM representative Svetla provided us with their "new" address so we could mail them a certified letter. This address turned out to be for Pizza Hut. The CEO Steve Whetzel ll advised his accounting clerk as follows, ccing us and others in the company: "Let him know that we must be paid for all orders before we can release final payments" It's amazing that the jobs we completed after they stopped using us are the singular ones that they somehow have to keep researching because they can't find whether they've been paid or not. Steve apparently thinks this is a bandage he can keep using over and over and over again. As stated previously, we're forced to continue in filing legal action against PAM. Also note that we experienced the same issues as the person complaining on 9/13/16 - we would get requests for photos and any type of demand to drag out their responsibility of paying us in full. Our experience with another preservation company revealed that none of this is the norm.

Horrific - It Costs YOU to work for PAM

If it were possible, I would give this company a NEGATIVE (-5) star rating !!!!! I agree with everything in previous person's (Sept 11,2015) post. They claim that they will pay you weekly after the first month. What they meant was "WEAKly"; I completed 3 jobs for them and received NO payment. After I took over 300 before, during and after photos documenting my work, they send an additional Work Order accusing me of incomplete proof of work, i.e., no picture of the toilet during cleaning, no picture of electrical panel, etc., etc. This forced me to go through all of the photos to point out and document what was already submitted to them. It was like they employed Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder and Jose Feliciano to review the pictures I'd submitted. If that wasn't bad enough, they were even asking for crazy S---t! like pictures of "missing sump pump" (The house had no basement, no need for a sump pump; how do you take a picture of something that was never there??), pictures of "missing gutters" (again, the house never had gutters!). You get the idea, I am sure. Anyway, the next day with no explanation, they cancelled the Work Order requiring more proof. Hm-m-m... Imagine that. In any case, they ignored my repeated requests for payment or an explanation of why they wouldn't pay me. A few days later, instead of payment, they sent me an email stating they "found it necessary" to sever ties with me. To add insult to injury, they then threatened to SUE ME if anything happens to THEIR property!!! Outrageous !!! I could go on, but I too, am busy. The bottom line is... DO NOT WORK FOR PARAMOUNT ASSET MANAGEMENT COMPANY headquartered in MANASSAS, VA, aka PARAMOUNTREO unless you like wasting your time, your gas, your labor and your money to buy supplies (locks, lock boxes, signs, etc.), being given the run around as they bounce you from employee to employee, AND being threatened !!!!

As all said before they treat you like crap and don’t pay. I’m heading to small claims this week. I’m placing liens wherever I can.
