I contacted Shawn (the scammer) about scheduling a cruise since I had been offered it through my apartment complex as a reward for moving in. There was a $40 registration fee that I have never received back although I wasn't ignored and never able to schedule a cruise. He did contact me once in the beginning to discuss cruise options and when my mother and I finally selected one, he told us that we'd have 60 days before the cruise to pay in full. Once we agreed to this cruise (after much ado) he told me all we needed to pay was $198 each that day and the rest would be due March 15, 2017. He then called me back multiple times increasing the price and deposit amount each time until eventually requiring the whole amount upfront. When my mother finally had had enough and referenced his own booking form that he sent to us which states we had 10 days from paying our initial deposit to pay the remaining balance, he called her a "pit bull" (which I interpret to mean a b***h) and insulted her to me when I ended the conference call. He made up some story about the cruise lines needing all the money up front but that's not what we had discussed and that is not what his paperwork reads. He then told me something about using a company credit card to hold our cruise and he NEVER got back to us. I asked him a refund and he never responded. I emailed him and he just ignored them. I called him a few moments ago (before deciding to write this) and he hung up the answering machine so I couldn't leave a message. He didn't want to hear the truth that he is LYING, CHEATING, SCAMMER!! Please put this fraud out of business. Do not send Paradise Travel Consultants ANYTHING!!

They issue 'travel certificates' with a $39 registration fee mailed by check only, which is a BIG RED FLAG.
The owner Shawn Sarnecki is highly unethical and fraudulent. I can provide proof that the seller is charging more in its so called FREE "travel certificate" than what is available on the official website of the cruise. He has not responded to my recent phone calls and emails after I pointed that out and disappeared. The cruise availability is only based on what he tells you and those are usually the upgraded ones.
Other than the $39 fee, there's a $198 fee for each person to cover the taxes, and exorbitant amount for upgrades and longer cruises.
Sellers like this should be prosecuted.
He has wasted my time planning for my vacation and I am here to warn others!!
You'd better off buying tickets on the official website of cruise lines.
