I had permanent makeup done on my lips, many years ago, like 2002/2003. I never thought about writing a review until I read another review that mentioned the person applying the tattoo wiping her nose on her hand. The woman that applied my tattoo blew her nose and did not change her gloves. To be honest, I'm surprised that I didn't say something right then and there, because that is bodily fluid and could make someone very sick since they are basically cutting into peoples' skin. That was the initial visit.
When I returned for my touch up, it was a different woman that did it. She did not like the color that was used and added a more "violet" (her word) color. It wasn't as natural as the original color. Also, there was an area that was darker than the rest of my lips. She decided to use a "flesh" (her word) color in that area. It looked horrendous. It never looked good. It looked more white than flesh color and it didn't blend. I'm just glad that the whole tattoo has finally faded and I had it re-done somewhere else and there are no darker areas, no splotches of white.
I had chosen to go to this place because they claimed to be the first place in the U.S. that did permanent makeup. So, I thought they would be the best. Definitely NOT. And definitely not sanitary conditions.

I would not recommend this place.
