I pay about $150 for this paper to get in specific time. The first order i need it in 24 hours and they deliver it in 48 hours. I will attach some prove)
The second order is we deal to do it in a week (5 single pages) and i talk to chat to make sure and they promise to deliver it in time. In the due date i was surprised that they write only 2 pages with a lot of pictures. I talk to them that i order 5 pages not 2. They ask me for 24 hours to fix their mistake.
After the 24 hours i ask for my paper and they said the writer will not finish in time and i said to them you either give it to me today because it is the due time for my assignment or they cancel the order because i don't need after the due date. It clearly 100% their mistake because they don't keep their part of deal and they said it their mistake 100%. I ask for refund since they didn't give my order. After a lot of emails they offer only 50% refund and some discount if i want other order. I said its 100% your website mistake not mine why i don't deserve the full refund? They said its their website policy! so they take my money and they get me zero in my assignment. Also, they offer 50% if i only delete the review. So i refused the refund because i want everyone to know about them and how they deal after you pay the money because before you place the order they will lie to you and let you belive that they are good guys. To make sure look to their chat names you will notice that they are using fake id. If there are not scammer why they used faked id. Names and pictures.
Please aviod them because you will not get your paper in time and there will be no refund.

The paper did not make it to me in time and am still over a year later attempting to collect on their "money back guarantee" (lies,scams and fraud). The paper must have been written by an 11 year old with no concept of the English language. I urge anyone trying to seek out for ideas to collaborate with fellow peers instead of utilizing this atrocious so called service.

When I did not receive it at the due date, I called them they told me that it would take another 4 hours before I could receive it which was way past the deadline. I requested for them to refund me my money since I paid for something I did not get. they have been ignoring my emails since. I never got any response. when I called, they told me that they will make sure that someone email me back. I am still waiting for that email or phone call. They keep telling me that it was delayed for only 4 hours like it is ok to charge customers higher prices for deadline that they will not respect. I told them that the 4 hours pushed the deadline back to another day and that was certainly not what I paid for. They still will not give me my money back or the paper for that matter. I have no idea how to get a reimbursement from them since they will not reply to any of my emails. I want people to know that their website and the services that they advertise providing are all a scam and that they should not fall for any of it. I have a feeling that I will not get my money back but if I can help other people so that they do not fall for their scam, I will gladly do so. I will be glad if their website was just shut off because what they are doing is wrong. Thank you.

After 4 days and many revisions, the final one was on topic, but it was almost completely plagiarized - straight from a single article. After going back and forth with them and their 'customer service', they refused to refund anything because it is not their policy to return after the paper has been assigned to a writer. All they offered is 60% off my next purchase. Even if the paper returned makes no sense and is plagiarized, they will not give you any money back. So that "guarantee to be 100% plagiarism-free" is a lie to get your money for the lowest quality work that will get you in trouble.
The paper itself looks and sounds as if a 3rd grader wrote it. Even after paying extra to have it double-checked (which doesn't happen, it's just a way to get more money for nothing in return), it was still horrible. It would be absolutely humiliating for an educated person to read through the paper they wrote me. Here is an example from the final paper I received:

The final choice was to reject the reward and choosing the responsibility of her husband and daughter. The temperament of the protagonist is remarkable. As an independent woman, she could have stood on her own but the love for a daughter and the care for husband kept her to do so. This was a wise, tough and best decision for a woman living in the circumstances of the 1920s.
The entire paper looks like this one paragraph. It doesn't make sense and the grammar is atrocious. If you speak with their customer service at all (on the phone, over their chat system, emails, ect), you will notice that none of them speak proper English. It's obvious that no one who works at Papershelm speaks English as their first language. This would be fine if they didn't run an English-language based writing business. Even the positive comments you see on other websites like SiteJabber follow this same language flow, which makes me believe that these comments are written by people at Papershelm. The negative comments seem to all have the same experiences and you will too if you just talk to their customer service.
I have an open case with PayPal to get my money refunded, but PayPal said papers and writings of any sort will most likely not be covered by their buyer protection.
No matter how desperate you are to get that paper written, DO NOT go through Papershelm. Doing it yourself is the best option, but if you really can't, look for a private writer or do some research and go through a more credible company. If you have any doubts about it, most likely they are scammers like Papershelm. I ended up writing the paper myself because I couldn't even salvage what they gave me. So I lost time, money, and academic points by going through Papershelm.
Don't get ripped off by Papershelm like I did. Find another option to get your work done.
I had never had to use a web site to do a midterm paper, but due to personal problems I had no other choice. I contacted this company Papershelm and express that I needed a midterm paper to be written and I had all the instructions. I asked alot of questions and they reassured me that I would be happy with their services.
I submitted the instructions and then I tried to call the number to verified that they had recieved the instructions and the first red flag is that you will never get through. So I emailed them and they did returned my called telling me that they indeed recieved the instructions.
The paper was done no problem. As I am reading the paper and rewriting it I noticed that things do not make sense. But because there was no time to have the paper rewritten I submitted my midterm paper. I recieved a grade of D and the coreections said that this is plagarism. I have to withdrawl from the class.
I called them and cannot get in touch with no one, I need to email them so they can call me, and then they tell me to send them the paper so they can correct it.
Cannot blame anyone but myself, like I said I had personal problems and needed help, I prpbaly would have done a better job had I had the time to do the paper. Please if you need to use a web site please do not use this web site for your paper. I will try to down load my paper with the professors comments so you can see.
