Finally got a hold of a woman that made excuses blamimg her website company. Lots of household background sounds and children in the background. Was told it would arrive the next day and my shipping cost would be refunded. The item arrived 8 days from pruchase date and still no refund, However, the money was immediately removed from PayPal for the sellar. Do not order from this fly-by-night operation.
