I was one of the top buyers on the site for a long time, spending thousands on girls from the site a month. Someone who I never worked with started harassing me. Instead of engaging with the seller I took a screenshot and let customer service know what was going on. "Mandy PD" was the customer service representative, she closed my case without saying anything to me. I reopened it and just asked for some kind of response. She again closed it without responding. I asked to speak to someone higher up, and the next day I was banned from customer service...
Their are many horror stories from the customer service on this site, which makes me wonder what the CEO Paul Richter is paying them for. If you talk to girls who are sellers on this site they will tell you similiar stories where they have been harrassed and customer service just closes the tickets. Not the kind of service you would expect when you are paying $20/month. If you are thinking about using this site, take it from me and DON'T! The fee is ridiculous, since you will get screwed by a seller, sooner or later.
I spent nearly $600 on this site, in just over two weeks. I was scammed by nearly $150. Luckily, I used PayPal, for most of my purchases, so I recovered some of my losses. Never buy without protecting your back. Some will insist you use Amazon gift certificates, and then you are screwed.
I had my biggest problem with a seller known as fitnessdiva, who stole $50 from me. I reported it to Panty Deal support, and have heard nothing. I provided proof of the purchase, through Amazon gift certificates, and they still have not acknowledged my complaint. All they needed to do, if they support the buyers, is ask the seller what addres she used , to mail the product.
