Neighbors talking about local newspaper, The Pantagraph, which offers subscribers a specific price for delivery but then bills more frequently than expected by claiming extra inserts count as extra days. Instead of billing once per month/every 30 days or so, they bill around every 3 weeks or so. In effect, this newspaper is able to charge for more than 365 days of delivery in a year. Perhaps the owners are from another planet? Most subscribers don't notice because who would expect their local newspaper would run a billing scam like this and get away with it for years?
