My motorhome broke down one evening outside of Santa Clarita. I called them to tow me to the nearest GM oor Chevrolet dealership for repair. They sent the wrong type of truck so they dragged the motorhome to the nearest spot off the road (a mud pit, actually). They gave us a ride to the nearest hotel, and promised that if we used them in the morning, they would not charge us for any time they spent that evening sending the wrong truck. They were nice, gave me their word, and I believed both of them. The next morning, some young kid picked us up and took us to the dealership (which would later rip me off blind and take two weeks to even LOOK at my motorhome, but that's another story) and drove about half the speed limit! As he pulled up to the dealership, entrance right in front of him (he's towed vehicles there many times I'm sure, and knows where the entrance is) he looks at the HUGE sign that says entrance, and takes the street before it! He drove this huge semi into a tiny, cramped, narrow residential street and takes a half hour to turn around. I had even said "hey, don't turn in here"! Anyway, I told him that the bill reflected the half hour he spent gettting lost, he said he was charging me for that! I called his supervisor, and this rude, obnoxious woman says to me "how else am I going to make up the time I gave you last night"? SHE FLAT OUT ADMITTED falsely charging me to make up for the promise they made the evening before! The driver, when confronted, could not even hide the smirk, he almost laughed in my face and had to put effort into containing his laugh at what he had gotten away with. I had to pay the bill, because I'm sure they would have not released my motorhome if I didn't. I would definately have won in court, but I didn't have the time, living out of state.
THESE PEOPLE ARE BREAKING THE LAW, KNOW IT, AND LAUGHING AT US!!!!!!! Sincerely, they should be shut down. They are not honest in the slightest, and have quite the reputation for ripping folks off blind. Don't use Panorama towning, for the love of God, they have no integrity, and they have no shame.
