On July 20, 2017, Rich Troup of Panhandle Pavers and Walls, accepted $6000 (50% deposit) to install a paver patio. After months of being told the work would start any day, I sent Mr. Troup a breach of contract letter on Nov 20, 2017. The certified letter demanded a full refund. Mr. Troup ceased all communication with me at that point.
I see two similar complaints on the BBB website where he took money and did not perform the work.
