Paneraireplica.us, or Hauswatches.com, or the parent company Shiva Enterprise Ltd is a big scam with no integriy, and no regards to their customers. They sell extremely low quality products. My order was one of their most expensive items at over $700 but what I received was a different story.The whole operation is based on big fat lies. They have had many names in the past and keep changing it. Not to mention extremely rude. If you see Shiva Enterprise Ltd on your charges or attempted charges avoid at all costs. When I placed my order of supposedly their highest quality product and around $700, my credit card company blocked the transaction. Thats when I found out the company is Shiva Enterprise based in Bangkok. I then researched the company and a lot of complains came up. Thats where I should have stopped, but I didn't. I then asked the company via email to assure me that the watch will be high quality and in perfect working order. The person with the fake name of Keisha Gomes replied that yes for sure, at this $700 price it will be very high quality. This was their first lie. I then auhtoized the charges.
On their website it says the watches will ship from the US, but it shipped from China. This was their second lie.
When I received the watch, it looked ok but it was making a very loud noise when moved and when tapped it would sound that there is something broken inside. I said ok, i can get it repaired. But after a while I realized the watch does not even keep time! It was either way too fast or way too slow, All The time! What is watch when it can't be relied on as a watch? Very very low quality product.
I then proceeded contacting the merchant asking for a refund, and he tried to tell me its normal. When I told him this is not my first automatic watch he/she started getting very nasty and very disrespectful, telling me that he/she does not have time for me! And I'm not that important for him/her to take time out of their day and respond to me! He said I can't return it but can have it sent back to China for repairs at my own cost. Who wants a watch that needs repairs after a week?!??! It's like you going to a car dealership and buying a new car and a week later the engine blows and the car company tries to tell you yeah we can repair it. NOO!! You won't even want to deal with that brand or company anymore. Thats how I felt. See emails below:
