Repeatedly this location fails to include all the items ordered online. My Kids love Panera and this is the closest location. On the way home from time to time, we use their quick pick-up or drive-thru. When we get home most of the time there will be missing items. We called many times to talk to the manager and they remove the charges and every time they say they will address it. But there are times you don't want to call and put on hold for half an hour before you can talk to someone or after reaching home don't want to go back.

Nowadays we assume there will be items missing so we just order extra. If this is happening to me I am sure it is happing to others. I am filing this report in the hopes that Panera will work with this location and fix this. It is normal for people to make mistakes.. but not at this frequency.

Ongoing Unprofessional African American female: the short dark african american female with short hair and blood red tips, always prepares sandwiches and salads. This employee is demanding attention from female customers ALL WHILE making weird crazy comments, in listening distance of loyal customers.

She seems very paranoid, abnormally loud and confrontational. This employee literally repeats nutty completely unprofessional remarks 10 consecutive times; apparently this is her effort to get attention? The food prices at St Louis Bread Co-Panera seem to increase EVERY six months, so why can’t Panera find mature customer oriented employees? Panera wants Tips, but can’t hire professional people!?

I went into the Panera Bread for lunch on 3/15/2018. I ordered and paid for my food via the kiosk which totals $15.93 ($13.93 + $2.00 tip), Because I used the kiosk I do not have a receipt for the order. My food arrives as always at my table, same quality as always. I leave a happy customer.

The next day (3/16/2018) I check my bank account online and there are four (4) transactions of $15.93 by Panera (See image below). I scroll and look for a "+" reversing the extra charges (not uncommon - happens when I pay at the pump) - no reversals. WTF??

So - thinking this is a problem, I put in a dispute with my bank to make sure that they know I am having an issue with a merchant, and on 3/17/2018 I call and ask to speak to a manager. I get "Bo" who tells me the charges will "drop off". I explain to him that the charges have NOT dropped off and that my account has been debited in excess of $47.79 because of three unauthorized charges and I demand to be refunded. He then tells me it is an "IT" issue on Panera's part - not the store - and Panera is aware of multiple charges being placed against a customers’ accounts because it has happened to a "couple of other" customers. He promises to call me back, and to make sure the situation is "rectified". Well ... Nothing. No call back from him. My account is still short the $47.79 that I was charged. And I am veryunhappy.

Panera needs to make this right. I give a lot of my business to this store. I pay for my food, and I expect the merchant of any service that I pay for to not overcharge me, or place multiple unauthorized charges against my account!

Maybe they think that you know, it has only been a few days, and it is only $47.79 – but that $47.79 is a big deal to ME and if they could be so d**n quick to take the money out, then they should be able to be just as quick getting it back into my account – If this is really just a “IT” problem, and if Panera actually does care about their customers the way they claim to in commercials.

I may never step foot in another Panera again if this is not resolved quickly but I am at the mercy of a corporation with "IT" issues.

If i could give lower than 1 star i would. I’ve been a long time customer of panera and for the last 2 months we’ve had nothing but issues with our order being correct at the riverpoint location. The manager named jackson is a joke of a manager and doesn’t care about the customers at all. When your restaurant isn’t even busy and you literally have 10 people on staff and you still f* up a to-go order?? There’s something wrong with your managerial skills and the training of your staff. I’m sicker than s* with the flu and so i figured let’s make dinner easy tonight and do panera. Boy was i wrong! i get there and had my daughter run in and grab the order. She brings it out to the car and the bag is completely soaked through because they overfilled the soups so much they leaked all over the bag. Then i’m going through the order to make sure it’s right because as i mentioned at the beginning, missing items or wrong items has been a recurring theme for panera bread where they can’t seem to figure out how to read and fulfill a simple order, so low and behold i’m missing both of my soups, my daughter was missing her entire meal, so i go back into the restaurant and i’m not happy because i don’t feel good and i just want to go home and i have to tell multiple people 10 times what i was missing, jackson came out and put the bag together with the missing items and i knew i should have checked the bag but i didn’t because again i’m sicker than s* with the flu and i just wanted to get home. So i get home and my order is still f*g wrong!! they now gave my daughter a cup of soup instead of the bowl of soup i paid for. Such a joke! so my boyfriend calls and speaks to jackson and he says we can come back up to the restaurant and get a bowl or they can do a delivery for a one-time to our location but either way we have to pay for it. Ummm how about no? Why the f* should i have to pay for an item a second time when you people are the ones who can’t read and put an order together properly??? Where’s your d**n customer service?? I bought dinner for 6 people and spent $67.25 including a $5 tip for these dumbasses to pull this kind of bullshit on us??? Really?? I’ll never be back. This s* is getting old and i hope you go out of business for your lack of competence. We even asked for the corporate manager’s number and jackson refused to give it to us so unfortunately for you, panera bread, i will be putting this review everywhere i can including on Yscam.

2/12 months ago, my husband and I ate dinner at panera. My order was quite simple so i thought, but when we recevied our food, my sandwich was incorrect, along with my salad, and I was missing items. I asked one of the workers if they could send it back and fix it. It arrived back and the food was still incorect. I proceeded to go up my self to get the order i had placed to begin with. I stood at the counter for a bit, while my husband was already finished eating. The gave me my meal and again forgot the chips. I got back to my seat and once again it was wrong. I asked for a bag and left. I wrote a survey telling them how bad of service it was, and got a phone call from the GM of the store. We spoke and he apologized and said i will get some food vouchers out to you. Gave him my address and he has my phone number.

I did not receive anything in the mail, so i called him back. I told explained nothing had arrived, he said that's odd, and promised me they would go out again. 2wks went by no vouchers, so i called Corp to see why this Gm is not sending out things he promised he would. They said they would send him a message that I needed a call. Another two weeks went by and i recieved no phone calls or vouchers. I called him a 3rd time, and he acted like he didn't really care. I told him how i felt, and he just blew me off by saying how about fed ex them out of my own expense and send you an email confirmation? Would that make you happy? I said it's not about the vouchers, it's the principle of the matter that your not doing your job, and making your customers satisfied.

Again, no response, it's now 1 wk and 3days and I have NOT received one email with any fed ex numbers nor did i get any vouchers. I feel at this point, he is just being rude,and doesn't care about his store.
