I received my package and it too came in a pandora box. Nothing that arrived was what I ordered. The rings weren't even the right size. Before my package came I did send emails and somebody named, -John, wrote back to me. When I sent an email complaining about what I received, I got no response. This company is in China and has nothing to do with Pandora.
From the Pandora discount store I ordered Pandora bracelet and two Pandora pendant to go in the bracelet. I got it all in a Pandora real box but to my surprise nothing inside is real Pandora. Nothing even looks like the stuff in the site. The bracelet is for a new baby's arm but it is not real Pandora.
There is no one to contact and they don't answer emails. Visa is doing an investigation.
