After months and many phone calls to find my product, I call the rep back and he said that I had the wrong address--which is the address gave to me. In my investigation, the post office in Mcallen, Texas told me that it was an empty lot and that his carrier delivered it to 5400. But after looking up on the internet, this address is listed available for rent. I asked why the carrier would not have returned my package back to me if the address was not correct. I get no response when I now call the post office # in McCallen that was given to me by USPS. I just keep leaving messages and keep getting passed around form one USPS investigator with a new case #.
I am so disgusted that I have been robbed of my phone system. And they never had to break into my house to get it. The USPS handed it over to them. I even purchased priority mail service which I could file a claim because of the 60 day limit they have in order to file a claim. Once again I feel that I was aslo robbed because I wasn't even aware that I had a problem until about Last of May.
