Owner does not honour her customers. I purchased the $600 PRT Online Guide with 'lifetime' access, including the private PRT community. Owner banned me from the private PRT community without factual evidence, and worse, rescinded access to my Online Guide without providing factual evidence after several requests via text, email, and social media. Her rules for the Online Guide, and involvement in the private PRT community on FB are reasonable. Even though owner claims to remove clients for violation of rules, what's unreasonable is she changes the rules often, and adds to them frequently just to suit her needs, and on a whim. And worse, owner refuses to explain why. I personally know of more than 20 people in the same position just within the last three months.
Upon first arriving in Panama and before my move, I was a staunch PRT supporter and advocate. I even participated in a video to promote PRT! Therefore I can claim at least 40-50 alumni that support me and can speak to my credibility and integrity.
My experience is if you disagree with the owner for any reason (political beliefs, supporting a local person or business owner she does not support) or break rules that change often to suit her, she will rescind your access to a paid lifetime product, and to the private FB community.
The owner, and her cronies 'spy' on members within the town community, including other private Facebook groups to determine their friendships, and their affiliations. Very unethical!
Jackie Lange is extremely unprofessional, and petty. A great many PRT alumni, local citizens, and business owners scorn her in Boquete. Her name and business are widely known in town for her unethical behaviour.

You are busy with cyber harassment, character assassination, slandering and defamation of character through spreading such lies. I have asked you to please provide us with proof of these lies as you and your employee Jellen has made it known clearly that there is proof.
I have also given you an opportunity to apologies for the lies you have spread but to date no apologies have been made and no proof has been received. I must wonder if all your lies have now caught up with you and that’s the reason for your silence, or if it might just be a personal vendetta against any service providers who don’t associate with your organization.

You do however have proof of statements from your own clients who have made use of my wife’s services and are exceptional happy with the rentals they have obtained through her. In fact she has helped a lot of YOUR clients and yet no mention of this anywhere in your group, bit one sided don’t you think? (See attachments).
My wife has on numerous occasions invited you for coffee to discuss any issues you might have with her. To date no response from your side. Are you above this? Do you carry your clients’ best interests at heart by not meeting with her?

What is NOT made clear is that if ANYTHING you write gets back to her from her sychophant trolls on ANY site having nothing to do with PRT, she can and will not only take you off the PRT FB site BUT ALSO eliminate your access to the reference guide for which you paid $600.
If you write an opinion on a private FB page, or have any opinion about politics or about Covid vaccines that she doesn't like or agree with, she is subject to removing you and permanently discontinuing your access to the gude you paid for. She will cut you without notice and with no explanation whatsoever.
Jackie Lange is petty and thin-skinned and is disliked by a LOT of people and businesses in Panama, particularly in Boquete. I would recommend taking your money elsewhere. Not impressed and the information she provides is easily found elsewhere.

Although many people have enjoyed their (crazy expensive) tour of Panama with this organization, if you purchase the online guide (a separate purchase) and then for some unintentional reason cross the owner (this can be for holding a differing political opinion, or possibly because you support an expat that she decided she doesn't like, or maybe you offer a service or recommendation that she views as competition, or any number of perceived transgressions), she will shut you out of the "lifetime access" to the guide and private facebook group that you paid $600 for, and shut out your spouse as well (even if they committed no "transgression").
This may sound crazy (which it IS!), but she and her minions scour other expat facebook groups and PERSONAL facebook pages, spying on members of her group and reporting back to her. I know at least 5 people that this happened to---one of her "toadies" tattled on them and they were summarily kicked out of her group and from accessing the guide that they paid for. No explanation for the shut out, just her capricious, kinda paranoid, emotionally-fueled whim.
She rules her fiefdom with an iron fist, like a spoiled dictator and the threat of expulsion and social ostrasization keeps many people from criticizing her publically. (this happened to me and several others)
The Panama Relocation Tours online guide is outdated and often gives preferential treatment to services and providers that she likes or has a financial relationship with, rather than the best options (despite her claims to the contrary). I purchased the guide mainly for an attorney recommendation and the attorney she recommended way overcharged me compared to other attorneys for the same service (almost double!) and then gave me the wrong advice that I now have to pay several hundred dollars (and several months time) to another attorney to repair. I have heard complaints from several others about their experience with this attorney as well.
I would strongly recommend staying away from this awful, overpriced company. There are so many better ways to learn about moving/relocating to Panama, so many more helpful and unbiased expat groups on facebook where you can get multiple opinions about any question you may have.
Even if you are not very adventurous, Panama is a wonderful country to travel in, safe, a great bus system, wide range of pricing for accomodations and food, etc. If you prefer guidance, ask for recommendations in one of the other expat facebook groups for a private tour guide who can craft the ideal tour for your personal wishlist. You will not only save money, but have a great time and go at your own pace!
I only wish I had heard this advice before wasting my money and going through the frustration and heartache of dealing with Panama Relocation Tours.
