This woman is a hippie artist from Chile who has been scamming people around the island for money, cars, and places to live for years. She tells people that she has brain tumors and was supposed to die years ago, but healed herself with positive energy.
Here's what she's done that we know of so far:
-A woman paid her $300 to do illustrations for her book and let her stay in her family's home for free. Pamela took the money and never gave her any artwork. When they finally told her to leave their home, she fought to stay and told them they were going to make her have a seizure.
-A single father took Pamela in and let her stay with him for free, but when he asked her to leave she fought him and became a vicious presence in his home, terrifying his little girl. He had to get a restraining order.
-She rented a car from a man and got money from the Mormon church (she married a Mormon man on the mainland so she could recieve aid from the church) to pay for it but never used the money to pay for the car and did not give the car back.
