Bought 1 60 round schmeisser magazine. Upon first use, 6 ftf, dangerous scoring and bending of ammo as it tried to feed into a well kept Aeroprecision rifle. Took a week to get a reply to be able to send it back as they don't EVER answer their phones and are extremely slow with email. Once sent it's like a black hole...No response, no refund, nothing until I filed a complaint with the Better Business bureau then they stated that they would process a refund after 5 to 10 business days.
Advertise sale prices for certain holidays, occasions, ect and if you go back and check the pricing history, they are the same just re-branded for a different holiday. A lot are really just everyday pricing from the get go. Illegal, probably no. Deceptive, yes. They keep the same pricing but just lead you to believe you are getting big savings but you are not. Then after you make a purchase, customer service is non exsistant. Long holds on the phone(cust servive number) with no answer and just terible music. Then after you try and E-mail, you never get a reply(unsless you threaten to go elsewhere for satisfaction.) Very sad because they have good pricing and good products, just very deceptive practices. Just watch their site for a few weeks and keep track of pricing and you will see,,,,
I placed an order with PSA on 6 May 2016 for items that were advertised with free shipping on their website. While going through checkout I noted that shpping was still being charged and believed that PSA would correct the error. I sent an e-mail the same evening to customer service expecting for the problem to be corrected. On 10 May, I had been notified that the items had been shipped but the billing error was not corrected. I called and spoke with customer service and the first representative stated that it was not offered with free shipping and basically I had to prove that their website was in error. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was just passed to another customer service representative that called me a liar. So I asked to speak with her supervisor. She gave me the manager is in a meeting and will be all day, I can put you through to voicemail or you can wait on hold all day. I asked to have the manager call me back. The customer service representative hung up on me. I cancelled my order through my credit card and refused the shipment. I recommend all my fellow shooters find another business to order from because this one falsely advertises, will not correct small mistakes on their part, and then insults its customer base. Vote with your dollars and do business somewhere else.
