Purchased jewelry for my wife for Christmas. Received it November 13th but stones missing from earrings. Used their pre-paid label and followed their instructions for a return for exchange. including all required paperwork and a coopy of my receipt/order docs.

This was a simple "drop in any US mailbox to return." Sent back the week of Thanksgiving. 2nd week of December, still hjad notreceived my replacement jewelry. Tried calling Customer service but l;inre busy, busy, busy. So I used their customer service email contact form and asked the status of my exchange.

No reply, and no jewelry. Four days before Christmas I sent a second email to customer service. Still no reply or replacement jewelry. Today, December 26th I to Customer service. Rude person "NIck" told me they never receievbed my return and therefore would do nothing to help me. Told me to go to post office and get a tracking number.

When i explained that there was no tracking number because i used their prepaid label and followed their instructions to drop it in a mailbox. He basically said I was out of luck. Too bad. Nothing they will do. So I am out the money spent and a Christmas gift for my wife.

I ordered a gold chain from Palm Beach Jewelry paying $499 on .june 5, 2018, and the chain broke I sent two emails and received no response so I called them and the representative is telling me that there is nothing they can do, I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that the supervisor was not available. The representative asked me how come I didn’t get the extended warranty and I told her that I was not aware of the extended warranty so she said there is nothing they can do. Do not do business with this company they are a ripoff.

They said they will ship the item by January, but hasn't arrived yet. I called the customer service number which is on the monthly statement, but keep getting the same menu and cannot get in touch with the customer service associate. I cannot do anything about my order. I had to search the internet so many times to get the corporate number and finally get the agent, but they told me the item is going to be arriving in March. I don't know if they will actually ship the jewelry to me. I am skeptical about their service. They keep getting to the main menu and don't get me to customer service. So hard to reach the customer service. What a company! I feel ripped off and feel discouraged.

Every time I call now, if you are not placing a "NEW ORDER" for jewelry, then they transfer you to the recording again, even when you say don't transfer me i want to speak to a supervisor. This has happened to me six times when I try to call back and speak with someone.

I have been trying for a month to get these two issues resolved with no luck.

If I cannot get the rings replaced, I will be out $100 dollars.

I bought a ring in size 8, and a couple of weeks later bought the same ring in a size 7. It was advertised as Sterling silver plated in platinum. Two months later I noticed the platinum had worn off and itwas brass underneath...not sterling silver.

I contacted customer service and told them I wanted my money back for both rings because they misrepresented the rings. I was told they had to have been returned in 30 days and I was past that so too bad...no refund. It took 8 weeks to wear through the platinum plating!

I found them online and ordered a tennis braclett. The picture of the item showed the fold clasp. What I received had a claw clasp. After I received the product I call customer service and was told that the specs. had changed.

I received a catalog with the shipment and the braclett was again in there with the fold clasp.

The claw is hard to attach. The fold is easy but more expensive. They need to stop misleading customers.

They said that they can not return it because I opened it. I did not use it however but I do not think it is fair that I have to pay for something I dont want just because it was opened. I mean how can you smell it without opening it. I will never purchase anything with this company ever again. Ever.....

I purchased some perfume that I opened not used to smell it and did not like it. I returned the item and it was later returned back to me because it was opened. I do not see how you can see if you like something if you can not open it. I think that it is unfair that because of this they said I have to pay 104.94. I will never and I mean never purchase anything from this company ever again. Ever! This is ridiculous they are that hard up for 104.94 dollars that they will not take it back because the package was opened. Not please at all.

They sent me a ring that was to small an once I contacted them they told me to send it back for a exchange or refund an I choose a exchange for a bigger ring so they told I should receive it within 7days an when I called them back cause I haven't receive it they told me it was being refunded to my debit card an it would take 7days after 7 days pass I have no refund an now when I call them they tell me to contact Walmart. Com

I ordered three pairs of Gold Earrings from Palm Beach Jewelry. There were only two pairs in the package. Palm Beach is charging me for three pairs. They implied UPS stole the missing earrings. I don't think they ever mailed me three pairs in the first place. Please do not order from this company. They lure you in with big discount coupons, charge your credit card and DON'T send you the items. Beware!
