Palm Beach maintenance Specialists was hired to provide remodeling/ home improvements at my home.
I found at a later date they did not pull a permit or was he licensed as a GC to do the work.
He failed to complete all the work outlined in the contract. He was paid $22,450 and it cost us an additional $9150 to complete the home improvements.
