Joshua Armstrong IS NOT A LAWYER who "has laws on foreclosure on the books."
He is a scam artist who preys upon people in need. We entered into a business agreement he promised to file papers on my behalf to save my house.
It was to be original and then followup papers to appeal to Trenton to stop eviction.
What he gave me was one set of unintelligible papers that were useless that a moron could have written and then 5 months of TORTURE!. Lies lies lies and emplty promises. I would get the papers tomorrow. I would get the papers by 11pm. I would get the papers blah blah blah. He would run the papers to Trenton by 3. He would run the papers to trenton by Friday.
His lies were constant and boldfaced and OF COURSE HE NEVER WROTE NOR FILED THE PAPERS HE PROMISED.
He has no ethics and no conscience.
He took over $1000 from me a victim of domestic violence who had lost the sole supporter of the family and has 3 children to care for
He is not very bright he is also dishonest and heartless.
He swore I had nothing to worry about and letters I was getting threatening eviction "meant nothing."
The scam and charade JOSH ARMSTRONG AKA JAKADA ZO ran GOT US EVICTED!
He had the nerve to continue his charade up to 3 days before Sheriffs Officers came in a tore my son out of his bed and put all of us on the lawn with 26 years of our belongings left behind.
When I called him after this traumatic episode HE NOT ONLY DID NOT CARE BUT, WENT ON SOME RASCIST RANT CALLING ME MOST HATEFUL NAMES!
