I was in a car accdent where the insurance company offered me 30k. I did not accept this amount. I wanted to take my chances in court. I found this attorney on the internet. His name is Johnny Waller. He told me that if I sign with him he will get me 100.000 dollars. I signed a paper that I did not understand and he did not explain to me where I understood. I have PTSD and Disabled. I truseted this guy. As time went on I did not hear much from him. We finally talked over the phone and he said the driver that hit me had too much insurance to sue and win. This crooked attorney told me I should settle for the 30,000 dollars I was offered before I met him. I did not want to settle. Later, I found out this attorney settled.
I am not happy about this. This crooked attorney said that I owe him 10,000 dollars of the 30,000 dollars. I do not agree with this. I fired him.
He is trying to send me to court to sue me for the 10,000 dollars. Rachel Keller, attorney for the person that hit me in the car accident is taking the side of Johnny Waller. Rachel Keller sent me an email and said she will hold the check until Johnny Waller files a lien on the 10,000 in court. Johnny Waller gave Rachel Keller my email address without my permission.
Not only has he ran a scam on me to get the money I was already offered but he has taken $250 of my social security check money and will not return it. He also refuses to return my disk I gave him with all my files on it. I wrote him many times requesting my disk and files. He has ignored me.
After I fired him and asked for my original disk, he said if I come to his office he will call the police.
This harassment by Johnny Waller and Rachel Keller has triggered my PTSD and caused me to have to go to the doctor and they are making arrangements to have me hospitalized.
