I rented a truck from Insta-Demenagement in Montreal for moving. A week later, I noticed weird insects which I found out to be bed bugs. When I research it, they told me it may be related to moving or hotels. I knew right away it was related to Insta-Demenagement truck which had an odour and was spotted black. I noticed black spots on my mattress on the seams and bugs in the screw heads of my bed frame.
Worse, my dresser of $805 which I just bought is damaged! The workers did a horrible job and they never alerted me to the damage.
Mr. CHARKAOUI, you will soon receive a letter in the mail asking you to appear before the judge with a nice big amount and you will have your chance to rectify this in court.
