We tried several times to sign up for the 500 mintues at $12 by their web site, and phone. They use people who can not speak nor understand clear English. The staff has no idea what is going on. Tonight my phone was turned off.
Their website stated that the auto pay and order was successful. It is a pain in the _ _ _ to deal with their customer service in anyway. The chat is useless. They have no email to slove problems. I rather not have a cell phone than use them.
Double-charged my card, shut off my phone when I disputed the extra charge, they still owe me 30 days of service. They expect me to pay double to reinstate the phone.
You can't get past the initial customer service rep to talk to someone in accounting to have them look to see for themselves that they've charged me three times now for 1 month of service. I've sent them a copy of my statement and highlighted the transactions. They say I have to wait 72 hours for someone to bother to look at it.
DO NOT USE PAGEPLUS OR TRACFONE. They will rip you off!
Previous pageplus customer. Haven't been with them for years. Ported over to Verizon. Now in past 2 weeks when phone was switched over to new phone started getting messages that service was about to end. Interuption of services is imminent by text and email. Followed link stating no longer with page plus. And unsubscribe to these message. Continuing to get messages and phone is acting like something is restraining the service. Data is slower than usual. And normal calls are more difficult to connect and remain connected. Verizon cannot find an issue.
Page Plus allows you to pay for plans by the month. If you want to pay for multiple months in advance to avoid disruption of service, you do what is called "stacking" plans. I've done this many times in the past but when I did it today it completely deleted my current plan which had barely been used. Page Plus basically stole $30 from me. When I asked if it could be reversed, they said it was impossible and that it was policy to do this to their customers. They are THEIVES.
