Pacific Youth Cream Reviews

This company offers a 14 day trial of their product for $4.95. After receiving the product it was determined that the contents could routinely purchased at any health food store for about $12.00 and they were charging $84.00 for a 30 day supply. I immediately called and waited on hold for about 25 min. then according to their instruction press 2 and left a message to cancel any deliveries. They then sent product to me every month from January 2017 to September 2017. I though it was cancelled until I inquired on my Discover card because the balance kept increasing without me using the card. checked into it with Discover and thats when I found ( recurring chares of a total of $1300+. Notifyed Discover and openned a case in August and to my dismay they came back with a letter in favor of this fly by night company. While discussing this with Discover TODAY i call the companies number and was on hold with no answer for 1 hr 57min. It is a bogus phone 855-287-3319. Then to my dismay another baox arrived today. I am currently trying to recover the funds Discover state I owe on the account. The situation become worse in that they continue to send this product and I have return 9 packages (1 a month) to them and never receive a credit. Thoroughly frustrated at this time. I need to proceed to my Congressman and the Federal Drug Adminstration (even thogh they have no power over these entities. Total ripoff company.

I ordered a $5.00 skin creme on line and gave my debit card number. I received a confirmationof $11.87 including an eye creme. I attempted to cancel but to my horror there was no contact information for company. Days later I received a debit for $174.60. This was charges of 89.92 and 84.95. My bank was no help in gettig my money back since they said I authorized my debit card.

I will be reporting this to the Florida state attorney.

This company called Pacific Youth cream, has been stealing money from my credit card, without my permission or my knowledge. It all started on July, when I saw on Internet a free trial to proved a miracle cream ( which btw is does not worked, that was one of many lies) I ordered this free trial cream and automatically they added me an eye serum for a total amount of 24 dollars. Without me saying yes. Ok, i said to myself. Let's try this. The cream and the eye serum arrived to my house. It was a small jar, with a very poor label around it. Very low quality. The charges were made on my credit card. 4 months after that "purchased" I received a text message from my bank, saying that they were unusual movements on my credit card, that there was a company called Pacific Youth that was charging me almost 200 dollars for a cream and a serum.

I panicked immediately. I called the company and they told me that I had created an account with them and I had agreed to all terms and conditions and that is why I was being charged. I yelled and screamed to the supervisor because it was obviously a fraud. I did never created an account with them, never agreed to anything with this company. The supervisor canceled my account and I called my bank and my credit card was blocked. The bank also contacted this company and the company made a refund for the serum and the cream. I logged in online and saw all my credi card history and what a surprise!!! They have been charging me every month since August. And the total amount is USD 544.49 cents. For a cream and a serum!!!

I called the fraud line of my bank, and they get in contact with the company. My bank is actually helping me on get my money back. The pacific youth cream is a scam. It has thousands of complains all over the internet. I never created an account with them. They took my information and created an account without my permission and my knowledge. I wish I could take legal actions. This has caused me a LOT of trouble, physically and emotionally problems, problems with my payments, since my credit card is blocked I can't pay the basic services as cable or my phone. I warned everyone out there DO NOT BUT ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY" . The free trial never existed and the cream that I received on July didn't ever work. My Olay cream does much more that this product. If any attorney wants to contact me, please do so.

Pacific Youth Cream, be aware!!!!

I got scammed by this company too. It was supposed to be a free trial, a free cream for you to try, but when you checked out from the page, they automatically charged you an eye serum and they secretly enrolled you in their "program", without your concerned or knowledge. They created an account for you and start sending creams, serums monthly, for an amount of 200 dollars each month. I wasn't aware of this until my bank contacted me and informed me about unusual moves on my account.

My credit card was immediately blocked but it was too late. They had already stolen USD 544.49. I called this company and they sweared that I had created an account which is totally false. I screamed at them, told them that they are a bunch of liars, thieves and the company is a fraud.

Luckily my bank is going to help me get my money back.

Please be aware of this "illegal company". I had read thousands of complains all over the internet. Wish I could take legal actions!!!!!

Saw the ad on social media for free trial. When asked for credit card i clicked out of the site. i then recieved phone call from them. Rep was very persuavsive. Talked me into trying product. Rep assured me I would NOT recieve future shipments after after the trial shipment unless i requested one. I repeatedly ask the question several times.

At no time during conversation was the price of the product stated. Rep said all they wanted was a report on how I liked the product and if it worked. However there was not a card in shipment to record my opinions and/or findings.

I recieved trial shipment and tried it for about a week with no obvious results. Then about a month later I recieved another shipment that I absolutely did not request. Checked my credit card and I was charged $95.

They sent 2nd shipment without my consent after saying they would not. Rep lied to me when I asked him abpout recieving future shipments. Extremely expensive for a product that does not do what it says it will.

I ordered an eye serum from pacific youth with only the shipping fee as my charge. I didn't see anything about a trial period. I was charged $79.92 for the product itself after 22 days of this so called trial period. It overdrew my bank account. I NEVER overdraw my bank account, unless something stupid like this happens. This couldn't happen at a worse time. I work as a caregiver and my main client passed away 2 months ago and I have still yet to get another client to fill the void. I left my husband of 17 years of marriage and am doing my best to get by, so I would have NEVER agreed to such a payment, much less a recurring one! Thank you for being here. Being the voice that WILL be heard!!

I signed up for a risk free trial which was 10.00 for shipping. I go to my bank and they took 85.00 in- authorized money.

After ordering my FREE samples and paying S&H only my credit card was auto billed the following month for serum @ 84.95 and face cream @ 89.92 for additional shipments I did not receive nor authorize. When I called the toll free number listed on my credit card statement the customer service rep said by accepting the free trial I was automatically enrolled in their monthly shipments program. Apparently this is outlined in their terms and conditions. Unless you plan to continue with their program please dont order their products! Buyer Beware$

They mislead you to believe you are getting a trial product for about $5. Then almost immediately starting taking money out of your account for the real cost and then continue to take your money monthly. They tell me they can't do anything except cancel because I'm outside my trial period which they said was in the fine print. Lost about $300 by the time they cancelled it.

Terrible company. I responded to an internet ad touting an eye cream serum for an introductory offer of $4.99. during the checkout process they kept pushing other products. They made it look like those products were very cheap as well for an introductory offer. I purchased another product for about $24. Being familiar with this type of ad , I looked to see if I was signing up for subscription etc. There was nothing evident. I was shipped a 3rd product I did not order and assumed it was part of the trial. Did not receive the products until almost the 10th day after ordering; and on the 14th day was billed $94. I called the company , total jerks, would not refund the full amt. Did refund half after I insisted on talking to supervisor. I pointed out to her I had not gotten a receipt with prices on it even in the shipment; and she could not provide one; I was not given the 14 days to try the product since they took so long to ship; and when I pointed out it was just 14 days now she said I should have called on the 13th day. Totally angry . I will not buy from this ripoff company even if the products are the best ever. Stupid me;

I received this product on a Monday and it had been ordered 5 days before. The free trial ends 2 weeks after you ORDER it! Although when I called to cancel part of the order right away I asked the woman 4times if I would be charged every month for this product, and she said no each time. Checking my credit card statement 2days after I tried it for 2 weeks I saw 2charges for over $80.00. I was very upset and called right away. After being hung up on by a (they said ) supervisor 417 ? I may have raised my voice a little, I'm 65 how loud could it be at 115 lbs., I call back and got a much nicer women but they still would not refund more than half the money. I think they are very deceptive and I didn't even care for the product $30.00 worth. This happened to once before with a different skin care product but at least they gave me a full refund. Watch out for any of these free trials, they are never free.

The ad. offered a trial of their skin cream for $6.98, with free shipping, and I placed my order by phone. I was not informed that by accepting this trial offer I would be enrolled in a monthly subscription. The cream took several weeks to arrive, and after using it I found it does not do any of the things they advertised.

Today I checked my bank statement and found I was charged $94.91 on August 31, and checking futher, another $89.92 was charged on August 1st. I have not received any more supplies of the cream, which I did not order anyway. I went on the Pacific Youth website but there is no contact information or phone number. I tried to fill out the order form for the free trial again to see if there was any small print I had missed, but each time I clicked on it I was sent to another page advertising Erase/ Repair HA by Beauty and Truth. There was a phone number so I called to try to cancel my subscription. The woman I spoke to denied any knowledge of Pacific Youth and said there was no record of my transactions. When I asked more questions she hung up.

I ordered anti-wrinkle cream over the internet for a 14 day free trial only paying $4.95 S&H. Nowhere in the ad did it mention anything about that you must call within 14 days of order date to cancel any future orders and not be charged $89.92 for the 'free' cream. There must be at least seven different creams being advertised by well known celebrities(Ellen D., Christie Brinkley, Sofia Vergara) to name a few.

I called on my 15th day, not counting order date and cancelled. Order date was June 21 and cancelled Jul 5th, with July 4th being holiday and I didn't think they were open and I was away. I was charged on my next credit card bill $89.92.

I called and wrote to customer service. It was past their 15th day, and at first they would only stand by their policy. After 2 phone calls and being very persistent, the manager agreed to refund half my money.

It was not even a 14 day trial as first date was order date and then there was at least 4 days for shipping which brings it down to at least ten. I told him it was deceptive advertising.
