I was working on a report when they locked up my computer. A message appeared on the screen. Told me I had 5 minutes to respond-click on the "help" button. Once I did, I was routed to another screen. Ended up speaking to a "technician." He said that my computer (firewall) had been breached. He showed me all my accounts, passwords, etc. Long story short, I was on the phone for 2 hours. Routed to another "supervisor." Said it would cost me $3,200 for a lifetime security package. Like an idiot I paid it.
