This is tale of a person that used OxiMedical Respiratory of Phoenix, AZ.
I couple of years ago, I though I would enjoy the use of a personal concentrator. After checking around, I chose the above as the place to deal with. I renter a SimplyGo for about eight 8 weeks then I bought a new one. That was 4/28/15 . All s well. The concentrator preformed as published and all was happy. Now comes 2017, I notice that it would not come on again after being not in use for about 10 months. After following all the direction in the booklet, I called place bought it from. I was told that they would fix the machine, “no problem”. They e-mailed me a shipping label to return it “cost free”. It was returned to them on 4/25/17. So far, so good. I waited until May 23rd (4 wk) before inquiring about the status of my machine. I was told that someone would call. Never happened. Called again 5/25 and was told that my repair would be done in a few days and the cost would be $390.00. I replied please send an invoice, which was done quickly, dated 5/26/2017. To date, I have not received a call nor my equipment. They are NOT in the repair business just selling. Conclusion: Deal with someone that willing to respond to your repairs as quickly as they will take your money for a sell.
