I was shocked at a viscious response I received from owncube.com.
It went beyond rudeness to hostile! When I opened a ticket I was attacked, and the issue was not addressed. Further, I receieved an email (not prompted by my ticket) where the "Support Person" Sandra Wedl mocked me saying if I don;t like her tone to basically not use the internet! She even said I can't do anything because their support conversations are "copyrighted" which actually is a lie.
This company claims to provide secure storage for your files, but after reading their responses, I would advise others to avoid them at all costs.

I've payed for two years of their hosting service, but after just eight months, it simply stopped working. I complained and they claimed that a server unfortunately crashed. This can happen, of course. They also promised that I will receive four months of free service as a compensation. However, the service was never restored, I never received any service again nor have they returned my money. The period for which I've paid for is almost expired. And on top of all this they keep sending me spam even though I unsubscribed several times.
"Lifetime Service" if you are wiling to chase up with support for 2 days every month why your service is down. Staff are incredibly rude esspecially considering the money I have spent with them (in excess of 800 EUR)

Very bad quality and service.
Is very cheap, but you don't get what you pay.
The service goes down very often, many files have been lost, market applications dissappear and many more issues.
The answers from service are hilarious, always say that's not their problem and no solution is done.
