I would rate zero stars if I could. They painted exterior of house and replaced some rotten wood around windows and back door. I was told job would be finished in 3 to 4 days - it took 3 weeks. I was supposed to get a free driveway pressure washing - never happened. They got paint on brick walls, driveway, and my waterhose that they used. They do not clean up their trash - I found water bottle caps, dried caulk, rotten wood, etc hidden in my grass for months. I saw one of my gutter downspouts in their pile of supplies (paint, caulk, etc) for a week and they never put it back on. Not sure why they took it off, but now I have to buy another one. When Emilio said job was complete and wanted to get paid, I was surprised as there was several things that still needed to be done. I showed him some window screen clips where missing. He said they weren't there before but then I showed him some laying in the yard and I told him I saw some on the rotten wood that they hauled away. He was supposed to get more clips and install but never did. I had to help them pick up their trash from all over my yard, 2 buckets full. Every 10 minutes he would say "ok, that's all", but I kept showing him more and more trash to pick up. They removed all of the window screens to paint and now some are damaged and I'm missing 3 whole screens and he has no explanation for that.
