Outstanding Munitions has developed a scam to steal money from people. They use Zelle to transfer the funds and then they tell you that your package has been shipped and is waiting for you to pay insurance so it can be sent.
When asked to refund they say they are not able to because it is held at the shipper waiting for the insurance to be paid.
