On December 16 or 17, 2016, I ordered 2 Yeti cups, colored, for Christmas gifts. Received a confirmation, and on December 19, they received payment from my account in the amount of 64.93. I have never received the cups, have sent numerous emails, asking for the cups or refund, without response. I have tried to contact them by phone, with no results. I want my money back!

I bought two Yeti cups on December 26th, 2016 and I have still not received them. I have tried emailing and online chatting several times with no benefit. I was told they would ship them out quickly and I was too late for a refund. I still don't have the cups or an email with the shipping confirmation and now their website is no longer available.

On November 21. 2016 I ordered two 30 oz yeti rambler cups from them and as of today (Feb.,25, 2017) I still have not received anything. They have taken the money when ordered and when I got ahold of someone last month she told me that just got a shipment in and would move my order up and it should ship in a week. Now when I look up order status the company's website can not be found.

OutdoorsOnline Campingandfishingoutlet Bought a colored Yeti for a Christmas Gift... they finally after 2 months sent a lid but no cup... I paid 39.99 for the cup and 9.99 for the lid .... sent several emails, all the return emails say is that the cup is on back order. It 2 months to get the lid... that got paid on November 29th... I seen several complaints now posted. This situation makes me want to stay away from buying anything online!

I pirchased Yeti cups for Christmas presents for my children on 11-27-16. I received 1 of the 3 I have followed up on the other ones started calling prior to Christmas with no return call. Sent an email on 12-18-16 then again on 12-21-16 without responses. I finally tried the online chat on 12-30-16 and they have lied all three time I have attempted the online chat stating that I would have the cups in 5-8 days. I know have emailed on 2-11-17 requesting my money back and I have yet to see my funds or a response to my email.

I placed and order from Outdoors Online Dec 16, 2016 in the amt. of $29.99. They took the money out of my acct on Dec 19, 2016 and as of today, i have yet to receive my Yeti 30 oz mug. They use the email of [email protected]. I have sent many many many emails. I even did the online chat 4 times and each time i was told that my order was getting ready to ship. I even made a copy of my last on-line chat with them.

I purchased a yeti rambler, sea foam green, off their website, for the advertised price of $29.99. It was to be a Christmas gift. Ordered mid December 2016. Received an email confirmation, with order #, date & even time of purchase. A month passed, still NO package. I called several times, sitting on hold, at least 10 minutes each time. No one answered. Also emailed them, & have yet to receive any responce! Outdoors Online, is an absolute rip off!! Do not waste your time with them!

On 10-31-16 I ordered 3 items from an ad on Facebook I saw for camping and fishing outlet which sells 30 oz coffee muts and holders that match. I ordered 2 holders and one mug. To date I have only received one holder, but not the other holder and mug. They emailed me with a confirmation of my order. Since then I emailed them back and asked where the other items were. They have kept saying I'll receive them in 5-7 business days. To date, nothing. I started investigatig and found many people have reported this company as scammers. Hundreds have reported things just like my experience.

I placed an order on 12/20/2016. In January, I received the accessory part of my order.

I still have a 30 oz Yetti cup outstanding from this order.

I have placed 3 phone calls to this company and left my name, web address and phone number. The message said due to high volume leave this information and someone will return the call. Each time I did not receive any calls.

I also wrote three emails to this company with order number, items and asked for a response. Never have I received an email from them.

Now I can not log into my account on their website to see the order. But I do have the information.

I ordered two yet I tumblers Dec 19th Have not received items. Contacted company using their email in regards to order no. 2690018. At least 6 times. No response. Left messages with company on their phone. Never returned. Never able to speak to a real person. Did get thru on online chat customer service Jan 20th, was told item on backorder to be sent the following week. Still no ite. The original intranet seller camping and fishing outlet is now not available online, but now offering same product under the name of outdoorsonline and continuing to scam the public. They are probably making millions and need to be shut down.

This company is a scam. I ordered a Yeti tumbler on December 5, 2016 and was charged at that time. I have called several times, and not once gotten a real person, you have to leave a message, and now the number isn't in service. The email is fake, you get a "we will be back with you shortly", but I have emailed them every week since December 31

I purchased a Yeti Rambler 30 oz cup on 12/18/16. It is 2/8/17 and the order has not been delivered to me. I have sent numerous emails and have not received a reply. I have also left a voice mai as well as used their on-line chat feature and in both case did not make contact or receive any sort of reply. I have just filed a dispute with my credit card company and they are now investigating.

I ordered 2 Yetis and 2 lids on December 26, 2016. I received the two lids but that was all. I paid in full through MasterCard. I have tried t phone 5 times everyday, nothing. I have emailed everyday, nothing. I tried live chat everyday, nothing. Today I went to live chat and stayed on that site for one hour. Customer support, a joke, sent an email that I missed the live chat. How can that happen? The email they sent me was sent at the time I was on live chat.

I order a Yeti cup from this company and the money was deducted from my checking account on 12-16-3016. I never received the cup I only received the lid for the cup. I have attempted to call the company several times. One number is out of service and one says leave a voice mail and they will return your call but nothing. I would appreciate my money back this is ridiculous that a company is allowed to do this. This was a Christmas present for a dear friend that I never received.

I placed an order on 9/22/16 and never received the merchandise even after emailing the company a couple times to see where it was. On 11/8/16 I requested a refund and to cancel my order. I received and email on 11/13 indicating my refund would be processed in 3-5 days. Still no refund was processed and I emailed again on 12/30/16. They never respond to my emails and I've left multiple voice mails. I tried to chat with a rep and it's always busy and they tell yu to call their 800#. Again, I've done that multiple times with no response of any kind either calling me back, or emailing me. I finally got to chat with a rep on 1/18/17 and he indicated that the refund was processed incorrectly and it would be another 5-8 days for my refund. It's now been 3 weeks with no response once again. In addition, the email I got telling me my refund was going to be for $46.98 was incorrect as well and the rep I chatted with online said the credit was only $43.98. So, once again they are ripping you off and no refund has been processed yet.

Ordered a Yeti 30oz mug from Outdoors Online on 27 December. I have not received any communication from them and they have debited my credit card for the item. When you call, your always receive the same message - "all of our representatives are with other customers...". When you choose 'chat' from their web page, you always get the "We apologize for keeping you waiting. Our live chat operators are currently assisting other customers. Our customers are important to us, please leave us a message or contact us by email or call us at 1-888-827-3121. We look forward to connecting with you." meesage. I finally called my credit card company to contest the change and they removed it. I just checked the Outdoors Online page and they still show the mug as "Being Processed". DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! IT'S A RIP OFF!

On November 7th I placed an order with Camping and Fishing Outlet, aka Outdoors Online. I did not receive my order. They deducted the total for my order from my checking account immediately. I have tried numerous times to contact this compay by emails and by phone. I have left several voice messages, but I have not received any response.

On Dec 25 Camping & Fishing Outlet advertised they had 30 oz Yeti Powdercoat cups for 29.99 on sale normal price 39.99. I place an order for 3 different colors. The money was debited from my account but a month later I still do not have the cups. I have tried to contact the company and haven't gotten a reply. They are a rip off don't order!

Purchased two Yeti items on December 4th 2016. It is now 1-23-17 and I have no product. I was charged $60.00 and have a receipt number. I have called numerous times and have only spoken to a human once. She told me the product would be sent out in 8 to 10 business days. This was on December 28th. It is almost one month later.

My daughter ordered something from them online and we were charged only a day or so later. The item has never come and after she placed a call to them, she was told that they didn't have that item in stock anymore. They did not offer to refund the money they took from our account so now I will be getting involved. I see where there have been numerous other complaints so I highly reccomend that nobody use them. It looks as though they are NOT legitimate.

I purchased a 20 oz Rambler on December 5, 2016 and have yet to receive it. I have called and emailed numerous times, and never receive a response to either. I was finally able to chat online with Geraldine, supposedly their Customer Service supervisor, and she guaranteed that my order would arrive by December 30, 2016. i chatted online again on January 3, 2017, this time with a rep. named Willy. He typed sorry for the delay and that he would 'prioritize' my order. Still didn't receive order so I chatted online again on January 10, 2017, the rep. was Willy again. He gave the same canned response, "sorry for delay, I will prioritize your order." Willy would not provide a phone number to where a Supervisor/Management could actually be reached, he said all you can do is email, chat, leave voicemail.

Today is January 18, 2017 and I have still not received my order. This company and their Customer Service are horrible!! Buyer Beware!! Purchase elsewhere if possible.

I ordered a yeti cup on Dec.3 and another lid and straws for it on Dec. 9. I have not received these items. I received a confirmation number on both. I've called the 888 number 3 time, I was put automatically on hold for 5 minutes each time, told to leave name, phone and email and someone would get right back, no one ever did. One,was for $19.03 and the other for 43.29. They took the money out of the account and delivered nothing. I continue to get emails from them advertising Yeti cups and accessories. Seems this company is fraudulent, take your order and send a confirmation, take the money and don't deliver.
