Subtle name change, not so subtle result. If you order a full order of ribs you may believe you are ordering a "full rack". Not so. They decide what full is and name it as "full order" to distinguish their offering. However that is not what people expect. They say full is likely 8 bones although I expect a minimum of 10 bones for a full rack. They actually delivered 7 bones with 2 of the bones being shorter than my little finger. Then when I questioned, the waitress said she would order me a few more bones since I didn't know. I didn't request this, I just said ok to their offering. Then they send a manager out to question you. You end up feeling like a criminal when it was the waitress that asked if I wanted more. I just said ok that would be nice.
Be aware "full order" does not = "full rack" (which is what I said when I ordered). Don't take the extra bones unless you want to be embarrased by the manager coming out to question you.
Head of store badd mouth nasty lady from hampton va my steak over cooked poor custermer service what is her problem im not letting anyone i know eat there i will contact your corp office
They advertised a $10 bonus with each $50 gift card purchase, but it turns out the $10 bonus cards can only be used one at a time, and only in a 6 week period.
I joined the Dine Rewards program June of 2017 with Outback Steakhouse. We got a take out order and before we left the parking lot the reward was posted on my app. After 3 trips the company promises 50% off the 4th order. However, the 2nd visit did not go so smoothly. No credit was given. I made 2 calls. One call to the restaurant manager, one to the headquarters. I was told it was a timing issue, and to wait 48 hours, and that the receipts would be posted by that time, or I could enter the info from my receipt on the app, now, and it would post. Neither happened. Won't be returning to Outback again. Not worth the hassel. Will report to Federal Trade Commission. Good Day Mates!
