Brought in a 2016 Toyota Camry for a major scheduled maintenance. We received three sheets of paper upon pickup stating that all the work was done on brakes, tires, fluids, and other items. But absolutely nothing was done! Due to past complaints from colleagues who used Ourisman, we sealed the caps to all the fluid reservoirs with wax. And they were the same way when we picked up the car.
We then checked the fluid reservoirs themselves and they were all at the same low mark as they werre when we brought the car in. They claimed they checked the brakes but the wheels were never taken off of the car. So, in the end, bogus work is done and claimed as being done but nothing gets done This was echoed from other customers as well.
In May 6th 2015 I went to Toyota ourisman in fairfax and I was very clear in what I said. I said I want to buy a car as soon as I stepped in. They were like ok we will be happy to get you a car. I paid $10500 cash as a down payment. The seller was asking me to pay more if I have $2000. I said no that's all what I got plus I trade in my own paid off car. They kept me in the dealership from 11:00am until 5:30pm and kept me signing papers. Every hour bringing a paper to sign. Anyways, I got the car I was so happy. Now after 1 year and 7 months they have been calling me and telling me my lease is about to finish. I went there and I talked to the general manager that I never asked for a lease. He was like but you signed for a lease. We were talking back and forth then the general manager he kicked me out of the dealership and told me to not come back to the dealership and if i don't leave, he will call the police on me. He said go sue me in the court there's nothing you can do. He was so aggressive. He was yelling like he is my owner and he owns me. The general manager thinks he is above the law. He said go call the police. I do not know how he got all this confidence. He basically made story about me that I've never done it. I called many attorneys they say we will call you back and they never do. Those people with no heart trying to steal my money. I work very hard for my money. So please please I'm begging you before you go there think twice and if you go there just be very careful about everything.
I have a appointment for a 11:30 oil change, and not to cost no more then 35.00 and to be out of there in the hour......31/2 hours later, and after I had to stop them from charging me 70.00 and using synthetic oil, I get a estimate for 3,000.00 worth of work that (needed to be done) one of the ite,s was a exaust gasket that if I didn't replace it straight away, it will leak, no warning, and my wife and 8 month old who drives the car will "fall asleep". I brought the car for a 2 no opinion to a local, family ran gas station, and what they had to say was amazing'! For starter,I don't need any of the work they tried to sell me, the car would give a warning if the gasket started to leak, the check engine light would turn on. And the most of all, I needed new brakes and rotors of which the dealer failed to mention because they were trying to sell me the big stuff!!!!! Wow! Now I have a wife that does not want to drive the car because they scared her and now I'm faced with a mess!
