In February Chris and I went to see Scott about our kitchen equipment, we found what we wanted and Chris put a thousand dollars down as a down payment. We discussed delivery date as Scott was getting ready to go on vacation.
He returned from vacation and while he was away the equipment was to be cleaned and ready to go for the 20th of March.
From that time on things went south it was delay after delay and when the equipment arrived not only was it not clean parts were missing.
He also arranged for a gas fitter to disconnect the old equipment and bring gas lines to code, both Rick and Scott had many delay reason for about a month and we were not getting anywhere, just a lot of broken dates and excuses for not showing up.
Also the equipment was to be converter for gas to propane as part of the sale agreement this also didn't happen.
Rick had show up about a month before we where to open and to our knowledge he had completed the job, to our surprise he had not. Chris had staff coming for training and asked me to make sure all the equipment was on so he could feed them, I was not aware that the flat top grill was missing pilot lines and it back flashed and burnt my hair off on the right side of my head.
Even after all that I tried on several occasions to reach both Rick and Scott with no success.
We had to call in another company to inspect the equipment and propane line, to find out there where two major gas leaks and equipment was not converted to propane.
We were due to open May 19 and had to buy all new equipment and where delayed another 2 weeks.
