I received an email stating that as a reward for previouis business I could claim any one of a number of free gifts. I chose a watch and having given them all the details where to send it I was then asked for my credit card and would be charged just $6.01 for S & H. I went on vacation and when i returned I had had a very cheap $2 watch delivered. I then received my Visa statement to find I had also been charged another $97.21. I called their office and they gave me a very hard time and said as I had not cancelled my order within 14 days to supply me with a watch every month my penalty was $97.21 and alleging i had given them an order.
I denied this and simply asked for a copy of my alleged order and if I had done so I would have to bite the bullet. They are refusing to send me a copy and although we have had several emails back and forth they are now saying "You have stated you have disputed the charge.
All communication must now go through your bank. We will communicate through your bank as well" I have not agreed to any payment so if they have sent one to my bank then someone has forged my instruction. I have checked out IRTTIME and they have only been going 3 months so it is the same crowd but under a new name.
