Todd Palmer phoned regarding the sale of our time shares at Weston. He said he had a buyer for the weeks we own. He sent a contract with the buyers signature on it. He talked about a deposit for processing the deads but said it would be refunded in 10 days, if there were no liens or fees due. There aren't. That time has passed. We have have tried to contact him several times but can get no response from him. I think we have been scammed and that the signatures of the buyers are likely forged.
At the bottom of the contract Liberty Financial Inc, at 520 Broadway St., Santa Monica, CA 90401 appears.
The deposit required was sent to Robert Gregory, attorney at Chase Bank

I am so angry with this company, they say they will call, but never do, say they are working on event, but are they?
Director Bob Cherry states working on events, no calls, not letting people know what is happening, NOT A WHISPER!
The amount of money upfront was upsetting and for what, what did they did do...."NOTHING"
I would not recommend using this company to sell my broken wheel barrow
