I chose this company from google search results when looking to renew my vehicle registration. They look legitimate and professional on their website but after taking my payment and promising to mail in 3-5 days they did not send anything. Two weeks passed and I still did not receive anything. I sent Five emails to them and did not get any response.
I tried calling them several times but there is just a recorded message saying the mailbox is full.I then contacted DMV who informed me that no payment has been sent by them for my registration. They are a scam. Fortunately I paid with my credit card and called them to dispute the payment and charge back the amount paid. So a warning to anyone out there stay away from this company they are a scam collecting peoples money and offering no service whatsoever.
Bought a vehicle that needed registration ... thought they were legit.. paid 216.51$ got a email from them with a comformation number only never recived the registration tags ..this happened in January 2018 .. I've tried contacting by phone and email .... with no response... I hope no one else makes lthe same mistake as me ...I'll Chau it up as a learning experience an expensive ...
1/21/2017 I went online to the CA DMV site to obtain a duplicate title for my trailer. I am living in OR and unable at that time to travel to CA.
DMV site sent me to an outside internet site for the Orion Mgmt Company. I filled out their form and paid $57.63 by credit card.
I did not receive the title within 3 months and sent an email to them requesting my title. I sent a couple more emails and several telephone messages asking for someone to contact me.
In June, I was able to travel to CA, stopped in a DMV office, requested and paid $30 for the duplicate title. It arrive within 14 days.
On 8/3 and 10/2 I sent letters to Director, DMV, Sacramento CA complaining about Orion Mgmt and that I did not receive my title. I sent Orion a letter demanding my $57.63 back.
To date, I have not received any correspondence or telephone calls from either Orion or DMV.
Credit Card company has been notified that this company has ripped me off.
My mother went online to renew her tags and/or registration. She paid for them and it was guaranteed that she would receive them within 3 days (24hrs if paid an additional amount). This transaction was done on May 5, 2017. My mother left several messages on the president's phone to no avail. I decided I'd take over to investigate this issue. Called several times and only got an answering machine. Went further online to find out if they're a fraud and saw reviews where they have gotten away with this for years. Somehow we're going to have to get another $383.82 for here renewal and tags. It's been r months to long to NOT here from anyone.
Well I'm march 14th 2017 I went on line to find a place I can find to pay my tags in stead of going in to the dmv . I found the company Orion management group they say they work with the dmv and they don't I had paid them $489.69 for my tags i waited and waited and there was no respond so I made a police report after it's be over 30 days of me trying to call them and they did not respond they don't answer phone calls or emails .... so I talk to the dmv and they said they never heard of them ...
