I never received the gold charging cable that I picked and was in the picture on my order form. I was told, "Thank you for contacting us and letting us know about this issue.
As we do receive a high volume of orders on a daily basis, sometimes errors such as this can occur during the packaging process in our warehouse." What kind of business does not ship what is ordered! I kept complaining and they kept shipping the wrong one. I had also ordered a gold waterproof case and I never received that. The last correspondence I had from them they said, "We do apologized but we can't process an exchange for different items." I said, "Hello;
I am not asking for an exchange. I am asking for you to ship an item that I paid for and never received.
To date I have never received the correct charging cable and since they have sent a few incorrect ones I have given up on that issue but I did let them know as well that I wanted the case as I paid for it and never received one, even if it was not the gold color. Be aware that I have had numerous emails stating this warehouse issue and I in no uncertain terms let them know this is no way to do business and they shoud get a different one as people expect to receive the merchandise they have paid for.

I purchased two charger from them and they said it'll take 3-7 weeks. it's been 4 months and I sent them dozens of emails and always I got some stupid preinstalled response like "thank you to do business with us". they scammed me.!!! their page looks legitimate but they are scammers!
Bought cables and never received, Called and said would take more time, after 2 months Called several weeks later said items were shipped Now no answer always says their too busy, been 6 months.
My card was charged for this cable on the 10th of April. I sent my second email to them on May 2nd asking if it had been shipped yet and if not if I could cancel the order.
I didn't hear back from them on that one until May 9th and their response was "Unfortunately your order is currently being processed and we are unable to to cancel at this point. If you are no longer interested in this item, you may refuse the delivery and have the unopened package sent back to us. Once we can confirm this has been done via the tracking information we will be able to issue a refund.".
Fast forward two weeks later and the cable arrives. In addition to this all, I wasn't informed that they were overseas and that I might be getting an international fee on my credit card. Wish I read the reviews about this place before I placed my order, but now I'll definitely do my best to post reviews about them so other people don't make the same mistake of buying from these guys.

The company sent order confirmation on Jan 15th 2017 I received a shipping notifcation that the item was shipped shortly after stating the shipment was from FRANKFURT/M, DE and the package was currently in Canada. March and April go by and - no cable. I asked them for an update and they sent me a fake DSL tracking site and tracking number that doesn't work in the real DHL site. This time the update had different dates and sources and destinations.
I sent the company another email today and asked them where my package is and they sent me another link to a different shipping status with the very same tracking number.. now if I follow the original shipping status link it reports the the cable is still in transit.
This is a very carefully thought through deception, thankfully I am only out $15.00 but I have an open PayPal complaint. I might get it back.

When I called DHL to find out why their website is showing the package was in Frankfurt, Germany and then delivered to "destination country", the DHL rep told me Original Phone Magnet company sent the package basically 3rd or 4th class mail. Pretty much for pennies on the dollar. I'm in the process of filing a complaint with Facebook. I'm also disputing the charge with my credit card company. A few days later I received a tracking link thru DHL to track my package. I checked the tracking of my phone cable and they showed they were on their way. I tracked the cables again and last entry was package delivered to United State Postal Service. I continued emailing daily for 9 days straight just trying to get a response. Nothing. They don't provide any other forms of contact except their address or email address. Finally, I mailed a certified letter and emailed them saying I was having the charges reversed. Still haven't received any type of response. I did get the charge reversed through Visa and had no issues doing it. That's when I started reading reviews and heard all the horror stories of people dealing with exactly the same thing as me. This company is crap and needs to be avoided. Glad I was able to be reimbursed by Visa.

They did not look like they did on the website picture, and I only received one plug for the Android charger end. So I go back to facebook to find the page dedicated to the product and I realize that there are many recent comments. I also see that many people are "angry" but the recent comments are positive.
I decide to post a negative comment on my case hoping to have a response from the company. No response and my comment disappeared from the page.
I realize by doing some research that I'm not alone in this case and that this company continues to sell this product a lot.

Feb 9 I received another email stating my package was in route. February 13 according to DHL my package status had changed and it had arrived at it's destination country, no other tracking information has been available since then. I clicked the link and was then directed to a 3rd party website. I placed the items I wanted in my cart and clicked to check out. I was taken to Shopify where my order was processed and payment was made via PayPal. I was fully aware at this time that the order would take 2 to 4 weeks to process and ship.
January 31st, 2017. I received an email advising me my order had been shipped via DHL. Instead of tracking information, the words "Letter Mail" were displayed. Clicking the link took me to the DHL website where the following information was displayed:
"NO RESULTS
We wish to inform you that a number of packages may experience delayed or missing tracking information. Continue to check this tracking page for the latest update. Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience this may cause."
I have tried multiple times to reach someone within the company. I cannot find a telephone number or an alternate email. The only email I had for them was [email protected]. What follows is a list of attempts to contact them.

Granted, I should have done my research, But they should not make a profit from blatant scamming. In addition to this report, I am also contacting the Better Business Bureau. I am also going to attempt to seek reimbursement through PayPal. I will update when the matter is resolved.
My family ordered magnet phone cable during the "Shpoify" kick starter program, it's been months no contact from Magnetphonecable.com that took the payment immediately following the order back in December 2016, We still don't have our products and February 27th 2017 more than 2 months have gone by from time of order and from time that magnetphonecable stole my families payment. Was given a DHL shipping number about a week later, but apparently (during tracking) the order went to Germany, then back to Canada, and then finally to the United States (which we never received anyting). It's been well over a month - the company will not respond to ANY inquiry, does not respond to emails or facebook messages. Beware and do NOT order from them!

As of 16Feb still had not gotten product. Numerous attempts to get info via email unanswered. Upon researc found that West Seneca address is a storage building. Contact phone number is in Canada. No answer on phone when called. It goes right to voice mail.
