I ordered the product advertised on facebook, Keter Folding Compact Workbench ($39.90), on dec. 17 and received an email that same day confirming my order (#4917).
That same day i received an email informing me that it had shipped, and giving a link to "view my order", or "visit store." 8 weeks later both links are inactive and no product has been received.
I ordered a workbench from them on Dec 14, 2018. I have reached out to them via email 3 times. They responded twice, the last time saying they would get back to me. I still don't have the product on Feb 6, 2019.
The last time I emailed them was on Feb 3. The cost was 39.90 and I put it on a credit card that I have since had to close due to fraud. Sounds fishy to me.
On 12/15/18 ordered Keter workbench for $39.90 from oriancvsm store online received email stating my order had been processed 12/17/18 a charge was posted to my bank for $39.90 and $1.20 international transaction fee have never heard back from anyone today is 1/30/19.
I too ordered a Ketter work bench on Dec.14th and never received it. The story of receiving a bogus tracking number seems to be a common thread with most of the reports I’ve read. I’ll never ever buy a thing from a Facebook advertiser again as they apparently don’t vet their suppliers! Advertising $$$$ clearly more important to FB than integrity!

I ordered a workbench on Dec 14/18 and received an e-mail confirming my purchase and said it was being ready to be shipped. It also stated that I would be notified when it had been sent.
I received an e-mail Dec 17 daying it was on it's way, order #1748. I sent an e-mail Jan 18 asking when I could expect it as I was unable to track it and have not reveived a reply back .
I had a transmission shop pick up my car 9/26/18 for repairs. Express Transmission & Complete Auto Repair, 1816 Spring Cypress Rd, Spring, TX 77388. The manager at the time said he add all the parts and asked for $2896.35. John the manager had me fill papers out electronically over the phone.
He said the turnaround is three to four days which their advertisement also says. The amount went up to $7061.28 with interest. (Nextep Funding) I blocking (Monterey Financial) from deducting from my account because I still don’t have my car. I’ve called the shop every week and get run around like they can’t find manager, the mechanics are Mexican so they left to Mexico for Christmas and he at shop alone.
Three different managers said they ordering parts and two of three claimed been fired. They don’t have money to fix car which the loan company paid them already. Owner said he didn’t know who owned the car and no one called or give me status on my car.
I asked to cancel transaction but no one can find manager. The loan people claim they can’t find owner also. I think they are working together. I’ve been getting threaten that they will mess up my credit if I don’t pay them etc. I need help.
This is a less than a week job. I had to go buy a cash car to get to work everyday. I seen reviews that others are going through this with them. The loan people got around 593.44 from me already on the loan. They said they will call me back days ago on status on getting account closed.
They never called. I want my car back but have a feeling they will charge me a lot to get my car back after I get that contract cancelled or mess up my car. I have three kids and we were struggling with one car. I was forced to get a loan for family to get another car to get to work.

Ordered a telescopic ladder in December 2018. Charged my credit card for $39.90. Three months later, no ladder, no refund.
Reported to Attorney General in Massachusetts.

Ordered on Dec. 18 . Received text same day that they received my order (#6014).
Later that same date received another text at 8:51pm that it had shipped.
Left a phone number of 978-517-8410.
Called today January 9th and got a recording that the number was no longer in service.
Amount of order was $39.90.
