Once I asked her if that meant the $79.95 would not be processed, she got an attitude and began reading a script. This advised I asked for a 14 day trial but they shipped me a 30 day supply , which they would not tell me how to return. Then said, they are sorry I was not getting the outcome I wanted but they will not refund any charges already charged and hung up on me. I’ve had to close my credit card since they have my information.
They promote ordering a free trial bottle of their oil if you pay only a $4.95 shipping fee. Then 14 days later you find a charge for $79.95 on your credit card. When you call to say that you didn't order that they tell you that when you ordered the trial bottle you signed up for a monthly shipment and corresponding charge. That is what they say their contract is that you signed up for when you ordered. However, there is nothing prominently on the order page to indicate that and after talking to them to request a refund, I again looked at the order page and if you click on "terms and provisions" at the very bottom of the page, hidden in a line with their copyright, etc., they spell out their contract that you supposedly just agreed to.
It's obviously a very effective scam! Also, while on the phone with the customer service agent, he tried multiple time to lower the product cost to keep sending it to me on auto ship. (Which I never authorized to begin with!) So they just ripped off a Disabled Veteran coping with chronic pain right before Christmas. Please have nothing to do with this company or product. I have been using cbd oil for a few years now, and this was the first product that gave me excruciating headaches. I still have 3/4 of the bottle left just sitting on my kitchen counter.
I never finalized the trial offer. But was sent two bottles with no information included. Just received an email letting me know that that took $79.95 for this month's subscription. I called and got the run around.
They said that I couldn't have gotten it without agreeing to it. But I never did. They also said that you have 14 days to terminate the contract. But that starts the minute you agree to the trial. If took about elleven days for it to get to me. so you really only get a few days without any explination in the packages.
Then they said they'd credit me $40.00, but emailed me that they were crediting me $23.98.
Suddenly billing me a #1 invoice of $79.95 a month in an email i the eceived today. You can't reply to the email. Only provides a 888 phone number to call. On proof on on going agreement from me to continue to purchase after the trail off. The website just generates hacking pages and virus warning scam pages. No proof of purchase. There would no way in heck I would agree to an ongoing program of a product i have never purchased before. I did not order the trial for myself anyway. I ordered the trial to see if it helped my elderly mother. I will put a stop to this fraud one way or the other.

I told him I was going to file a fraud report and have this "OIL" tested out and see if it was the real deal. He told me to wait on the phone for 2 minutes and he would have to get approval to take the whole charge off. He came back and told me that there will be no charge now. He gave me a confirmation number and wanted to get rid of me in a hurry. What a SCAM....BEWARE OF THESE TRIAL TEMPTATIONS...THEY WILL STING YOU. Now I have the worry that they have my credit card number and will sell it to the black market...so I have to be very diligent and watch my statements.

On 10/1/17 I saw an ad on the internet, for a "free sample" of an alternative form of pain control, Hemp Oil Herbal Drops. To get the "free sample", all you needed to do was pay for the shipping and handling in the amt. of $6.99. This Company claimed to be started and overseen by Montel Williams, who has MS and swore this Herbal Product helped with his pain.
I requested the "free sample" for my husband. Within a few weeks, the sample arrived, it didn't work and we tossed it out. However, as my husband had been in and out of ICU the last few months, I wasn't watching the transactions going through my checking account the way I should have. Here are the amounts Organix CBD have charged my account: 10/1/17 $6.99 for the "free sample" 10/19/17 $79.95 unauthorized transaction, nor did I receive any product. 11/6/17 $79.95 another unauthorized transaction, no product received.
This also overdrew my checking account. 11/6/17 $30.00 overdraft fee 11/10/17 Received a second bottle of this crap in the mail, with made be finally realized, I've been getting robbed! So, all total, this "free sample" of crap has cost me $196.89! Additionally, I have had to cancel my debit card and file fraud paper work with my Bank! I got this free trial of the organic cbd oil and now they want to charge me for it.
I too paid for shipping on a FREE sample and then they charged me $79.95 on my card. Not so free . It is just a rip off. Bad company! Do not order!
