I sent for free product organic garcinia slim 90 and organic detox cleanse 60 to try. Then I was charged $80 for both then they sent more without me concent which I refused at the post office they sent it back. And was charged me another $80. Now I am trying to get this off my credit card.
I placed an order with Organic Diet Lab for a product that I though was suppose to be a authentic product. It did not work for me, so on 1-22-16 I emailed a person by the name of Amy Lee, who returned my email and stated that customer service would be contacting me with an RMA.
On 1-30-16 I contacted the company again and they refused to give me a RMA due to being more than 14 days. I tried explaining to the person that I had contacted them previously, but they refused.
I am going to contact by credit card company and cancel the charge and let them know about the Scam Report.
I ordered the free trail order they offered and paid shipping and handleing charges back in Nov.
It took a month to get the product and the number to cancle was block out on the shipping reciept. It states they will not refund unless product is sent back with a RMA number.
Website number is incorrect.
Now I can't find them on the internet at all. In the mean time, they have charged my credit card 180.00 two times and have not sent anymore product.
Taking it up with my credit card copy and had to suspend my card. A pain in the a*s.
Can someone help me with a correct contact number to this company or the steps to help ge back my 360.00 dollars.
Omg, I put my info in, then changed my mind & logged off before I hit the "confirm" button.....well that didn't stop them!!! They took my info & charged me & sent pills.....they sat on my table for 2 weeks b4 I cud find the time to get to post office....this week, they charged me $90 TWICE!!!Omg, when I called I got a represtative that couldn't care less....she was obviously used to getting yelled at, because she never raised her voice....when she finally did say something it was to tell me I could have back $72 for each charge!! When I said no! Where does the other $17 something go? Sure told me it was "restocking fee"""!!! I said Absolutely not....I'm going to my bank & I WILL despite full charge!!!! This is total bull crap, I'm SO mad I can't see straight!;! Who has $190 to spend on diet pills at Xmas???? Not this woman!;!
I ordered trial bottles of these supplements that purported to accelerate weightloss and muscle development. They cost about $8 or $9 each. They had no effect at all. I was willing to let it go.
Then I received another shipment of capsules that I did not order and found $77.97 and $89.97 billed to my credit card. I have contacted the Credit Union and was told that the only way to stop these people from charging my Credit Card is to close my credit card and have a new one issued with a new number.
I am a senior citizen. I did not authorize or order this shipment. I can afford a few bucks for a trial bottle of capsules, but $168 comes out of my heating bill. I am sure that I am only one of thousands of other people who have received shipments that they did not order, but are at a loss to prevent these people from stealing from them again.
I ordered Garcina with the understanding I would only pay shipping, they offered a detox cleanse, I did not want yet received along with additional shipping. Two weeks later my checking account was charged $180.00 for more of this stuff that I don't want. The charge also overdrew my account. Now I have additional fees. The phone number has been blacked out and when I looked it up on line the recording says the number is unavailable.
An early morning email report of weight loss pills caught me off guard and I ordered the trial amount for the cost of shipping only. I became concerned later as there was no email follow up. The product arrived with use instructions and return instructions. The product made me sick, so I stopped taking them. I read the customer service information and the phone number they provided was not ledgible (on purpose). Another person responded to the same experience too after I checked out the product review. The review stated there was fine print regarding future orders and credit card deductions. I have since returned the remaining product (without a return authorization #) and have notified my Credit card Co. to not authorize any transactions from the co. This is a very sneaky way to take advantage of folks.
I made the mistake of responding to a cell phone ad on one of my applications. I thought I was getting a free product for the price of shipping. I suppose the information that I would be charged after a two week trial period must have been in fine print. I didn't catch this until the next month after another shipment which I did not expect. So now I've been charged double, totaling about $360.00. Customer service offered to refund some of it, especially if I mail back what I can intact with the proper documentation. I did not receive an email confirmation after my initial transaction, and I did not think to look in the trash file, where if I was warned to look, again it must have been in fine print. No documentation accompanying the product warned me that I would be charged after a trial period. Also, I had to look their customer service number up on the internet, since it was obliterated on the receipt. If I am playing a computer game, I will be asked if I'm sure I want to do something after being duly warned what I am about to do. This company played games with my finances and won.
