I did write a 1 star review sometime ago due to issues we had. However they blocked our system as a result The customer support is bad. Many emails went unanswered or their replies were unhelpful.
Before the purchased we asked about the system and they lied about what it could do. It was useless to us and went unused.
If you want to loose time,money and customer orderingonlinesystem is suit you well.
I order this system 2 years ago for part of our epos company.Since than bugs ( error,mistakes) never end.
Than i decide to upgrade my system to latest one might be all bugs can go.After all 2 years pass i was to stupid to think this company can be more professional in that time but i was wrong.At least before upgrade my website able to take orders.After SIMPLE upgrade everything goes wrong.We found bugs on every step.They useless team didn't test our website i guess just click upload button and send me email "here you go website ready" last 3 weeks was disaster to me. I loose customer because of them.They failed to fixed the bugs.
You have to read ALONSO email to me.I think he is 7 years old JOKE otherwise no one can be stupid him.

My advice to you all if you need online ordering system don.t choice them.You will only get stress and loose your own customer with huge of amount money nothing more.
After everything goes wrong and couldn't fixed i request full refund my money but of course THIEF people not accepted.So i open dispute for upgrade fee at least i can get back but after i open dispute The STUPID business partner proof himself (SERGIO) as a STUPID to and send me bellow message.
They are really stupid.How i steal my money? Anybody heard anything like that stupid? I open dispute for refund because they mess up with my website and ALONSO the IDIOT refuse the refund my payment.
Your website is suspended because you try to took advantage of us and steal the 299 usd when opening the paypal dispute.
You will get the 299 back just not asap, we don't want them, you have lost all our support, the 299 will be refunded withing the paypal limits.
We fixed all the bugs that you reported and still you always were complaining, we asked several times which bugs you had like 1,2,3 and you didn't tell us, you simply told us, hey test and fix everything, what kind of person says that? Clearly not a person that wants to solve ay issues.
You decided to go on the road to take advantage of us and opened the dispute, did you really think you could still use our services after that?
Under any circunstance we will work with you again, unfortunately for you we are not in need of money, not 299 not even millions, we decide who we want to work with.
